I have received great service from staff here since I became a Rogers customer but lately a stellar service from Rashmi, she explained things to me more than once, took the time to find the best options for me and gave me the best experience ever! Even though they were busy she never rushed me and made sure that I had all the information I needed. I left the shop super happy thanks to her.

The sellers helped in choosing and purchasing a phone. Service at the highest level. I didn't like the manager's behavior. In front of us, he asked the seller why she didn’t sell us insurance for the phone. If a client does not want a particular service, we do not need to impose it.

Horrible experience, my family have been with Rogers for 25+ years. Rashmi and the store manager were rude and unprofessional. We offered a reference number for a change that was initially started over the phone, no, would not hear it. I gave all the account information, including the secret access code, not the account holder, we refuse to talk to you. The account holder, spoiler, my mother. Wouldn't even accept speaking with her on the phone, no, can't verify her identify, wanted her to come into the store... She lives in another province. They never called "the account holder", never asked for my identification even though she keep telling me there was no way to verify who I was, never took the reference number that gave authorization to complete the change, nothing. Can confirm, they do not understand Rogers polices or operations. Filed a formal complaint, spoke with a Rogers Super, they apologises profusely said that even with the account holder 3000km away, the reference number and our identities should have been sufficient.

Now very upset. I had a choice to buy out or upgrade. I told the employee what I wanted and my finances. She said the Samsung 23 was on promo so it would only cost me 26$ lie now my bill was 207!

I went for an upgrade on my phone and plan. I was assisted by Rashmi. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and detailed in her approach and descriptions. The service was excellent and professional. I am sending her new customers. I have no doubt they will be very pleased as I was.

Great costumer service and patience at the Roger’s in the Core Shopping Centre! It is obvious that the store manager, Michael, trains his staff well and cares about the customer experience. He and Marianne were so thorough and patient— working hard to solve some problems with my account and ensure I got the best value. I would go out of my way to travel downtown to this Rogers location if I ever needed more help. Their attitude and kindness would be worth the trip!

Went into this location yesterday to get some assistance in making some big changes to my phone plan. Staff was incredible at helping to make it as quick and painless as possible. Would 100% go back to this location for any and all my phone or phone plan needs.
