Ok there was a younger gentleman Andre and a bit older gentleman Will ( not my age LOL) they helped us out so much and made changing my iPhone 8 to iPhone 15 simple. They don’t deserve a 5 out of 5 they deserve a 15 out of of 5 since they went so way above and beyond what anyone would expect for service

Good place to get a new phone! The lady here jumped through a lot of hoops for me, helped me to transfer my plan from under my grandfather's plan to under my own name, which will help my credit going forward! She was awesome and must have spent over 5 hours in total over 2 days setting up everything for me as it was not a straightforward case.In the end everything worked out well and I was very happy with my brand new Pixel 8 Pro. She tracked down a 256GB model for me and shipped it to the store and it was waiting for me when I arrived! Thanks so much!

We are blown away and truly impressed by the above and beyond customer service we had at this Rogers store by Will & Hunter. After a long drive from BC and arriving at the Rogers store an hour before close, Will stayed an hour after his shift ended!! to help us out with a complicated situation from the Shaw Rogers merger. He wasn't asked to stay late he offered - otherwise, we would have lost our phone numbers permanently.I came into Rogers a frustrated new customer and left so impressed by Will's above and beyond help that it made up for all the trouble of the past few weeks with this company.Hunter was busy helping a lady for over 4 hours with a similar situation as us yet he greeted us with a smile when we came in and took the time to look up our account.They worked together as an incredible team and honestly were being sent customers from the Rogers 1-800- number with problems that were impossible to resolve, and should have been dealt with over the phone.

The little bearded fat man was by far the rudest person I have ever met.He was told I was deaf and that he needs to talk a certain way so that I can understand what is going on. He complied for all of 5 seconds, then started talking loud and fast. The loud causes me pain in my head. The fast made all his words all jumbled and I couldn't understand much of what was said. We tried to get him to stop talking and he just wouldn't and got louder and more rude about the whole thing.This man should have to go do sensitivity training about how to deal with handicapped persons.I wonder are all people in Rogers this rude and uncompromising when dealing with the handicapped?I will never go to the Rogers in North Hill mall in Calgary again.Something needs to be done. I shouldn't have to deal with this type of person just to try and get mobile service!

Will and Hunter are super nice and helpful! Got in and out with no problem. I had a SIM card issue on a new phone and Will fixed it within minutes! Great location!

I went there to switch over from Shaw Mobile account to Rogers. Hunter was helping me to switch two cells. He was super busy, but he was amazingly keeping the best customer services.Thank you.

I’m surprised to see some of the negative reviews here , all the staff at this location are so attentive and knowledgeable. I come to this store often and I’ve never had bad service. They are honest and have your best interest. I highly recommend this location.

Watch out for this place Theywill tell you anything to sell you a phone. I went in there to return two phones because I was to be charged $440 for each one. guy ( Sayim ) fed me some story about a buyback program I gave back my phones. He charged me to 440 told me I'd have that returned within 30 days plus a credit on my account . I actually believed him. it was all a lie. He just wants the commission once you walk into a store like that you pay an extra $50 just order your phone online and beware of the lies. I tried to complain to Rogers I tried to complain to the manager of the store, they don't care. The manager and this particular salesman are best friends I walk by the store every day. Pretty obvious.
