Bea is awesome I had a hell of a time until she helped me whole interaction with Rogers took 2 hours and was told by other staff they couldn't give me my phone. Bea had a solution and had me sorted within 15 mins she is a gem and deserves a raise

Went in today to get a SIM card because I lost my phone and needed to activate an old phone. Komal not only was friendly but super helpful as well! On top of that, she gave me my SIM card for free! Thank you Komal for the friendliness and chat AND free SIM card!!!

Was getting misinformation and confusion calling Rogers to redeem my offer of service, and activate.
I was told to go to a store.
Not accurate, as stores weren't able to assist.
Was advised calling in was the only method to activate device and service.
Manager went above and beyond despite an inability to resolve in store.

Absolutely Terrible Service at Rogers Chinook Store – Avoid at All Costs**
On April 15, I had the misfortune of purchasing a defective phone from the Rogers Chinook store. What followed was a nightmarish ordeal that I wouldn't wish on anyone. After being directed by Rogers' tech support to resolve the issue in-store, I encountered Karan, the store manager, and Dhruv, a sales associate, whose incompetence and stubbornness were astounding.
I spent an unreasonable amount of time in the store, only to be bombarded with one excuse after another. When tech support finally agreed to note my account and approve a return and replacement, I thought the saga was over. However, when I pointed out that my substantial monthly payments to Rogers and Shaw (over $400) effectively contribute to their salaries—which is simply a fact, not an insult—both Karan and Dhruv took undue offense and refused to proceed with the service.
Their reaction was not just unprofessional; it was outright disrespectful. They even called in another manager, who, instead of diffusing the situation, chose to exacerbate it by siding with his colleagues over a loyal customer. My loyalty of over eight years and my extensive use of Rogers services meant nothing to them.
The level of pettiness and poor customer service displayed by the staff at this location is unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and not punished for speaking the truth about their contributions to a company's livelihood. I am taking my complaints to the CRTC and the office of the president of Rogers, and I urge everyone to steer clear of the Rogers Chinook store. There are plenty of other service providers who value their customers and are willing to offer the service that Rogers so profoundly lacks.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I asked five employees sitting around doing nothing a question about a billing issue, and one of them immediately told me that they couldn't do anything for me but change my phone's SIM card. Either staff retraining or policy change is desperately needed, because this location was useless to me.
