Terrible customer service, especially Miguel the assistant manager. He was rude and smug having gone back on something two employees told me in store and I was advised of two weeks ago by different employees. Sad, because I used to wear a lot of Roots.

Received a gift, needed another size and after we found an item to make the exchange with, went to the til after our first associate needed to punch out, we're told the manager Rei at the Chinook location will do our exchange as the item was a gift from our daughter the manager credited my daughters credit card and expected me to pay for the purchase. I was very clear this was a gift? Confused staff, not customer focused, this experience totally soured me from shopping at ROOTS ever again.

Love this store. I walked in and was immediately acknowledged by an associate. The staff allowed me to take my time to browse the store, while keeping close but with enough distance to not invade my space. If I had any questions, they were readily available to answer. Although I didn’t purchase anything this visit, I will definitely be coming back as I was impressed with the atmosphere and the quality of the clothing is excellent.

The staff at this location were more than Helpful in getting me into a great set of sweat suits. Even let me check out all the different little patches to let me personalize my look. Couldn’t be more happy with this location! Thumbs up to the staff. They rock

Worst customer service ever. When you buy they said to you “Oh but of course you can return before 30 days” but as soon as you go to return the item they say “no you have to contact the customer service and if they approved you can bring back the item! You have zero stars

I went in to buy some sweatpants and we were greeted once but that was about it. No one asked if we needed any help or sizes. Two girls stood at cash talking about non-work related things. I was able to find my size and go to pay but the girl who was ringing me through couldn't even be bothered to stop talking to her coworker. Terrible customer service.
