This was my very first time in a professional hair salon, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Keltie did my hair, and she was absolutely incredible — so kind, funny knowledgeable, and detail-oriented.
She walked me through every step of the process, explained the aftercare thoroughly, and made me feel completely at ease and calm the whole time. Even though it got late, she stayed so focused and never rushed a single thing. I can’t stop smiling — I’m in love with my new hair and the colour is everything I wanted and more!
