My son and I went to RW&Co in Southcentre to look for a suit for his Grad coming up in May 2024. My son is Trans and quite slim, the staff was so respectful towards us and helped us find the perfect fit for him. I was so happy to have him look and feel confident with this momentus experience. I can't thank the staff enough for this. (Evening of Feb 23)

I have to say that even though I did not buy anything in my most recent visit, the lady that helped me was very kind, polite and helpful and made the visit very pleasant. I do plan to come back to buy a suit eventually, perhaps when there is a sale ;)

I absolutely love this store! The women are all so helpful and really want to make sure you feel beautiful in what you are wearing. I really appreciate their level of customer service and care for their clients. I have had many amazing experiences with this staff at this location but thank you to Emma for being so helpful.

Worst customer service at this location! I live two hours away so I called to see if they had a pair of pants in stock cause the size I ordered online I need to exchange so I asked the girl if she could look for me and if they could put them on hold for me to pick up same day. Instant NO we cannot put items on hold. Beyond shocked with how rude and difficult considering I just spent $700 and coming in to exchange I was going to spend more. However, I called a different RW and CO in Calgary who immediately looked it up for me to see if they had it and would put it on hold. Do not shop at this location! Spend the extra time and gas to drive to another location across the city. Horrible customer service. I will not be back!

I got a dress from RW and Co and I love it! I love this location, the staff here are friendly and helpful.Emma was the lady that helped me the last time and she was absolutely amazing!

This is my to go RW $ CO. Store. The staff here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the items they sell. I love the chatting with the manager - Nat. He's such a nice and friendly guy.Emma was the lady who helped me the last time and her customer service skills are fantastic! She smiled and made me feel welcomed, took the items from me and placed them in the fitting room, listened to my needs, suggested other pieces that I ended up getting and at checkout, we laughed all the way!I will tell friends and family about this location.

I am part of a wedding party and the 7 of us went into this store today. I am the biggest/largest guy in group. The sales lady in the store was extremely rude. She made the rest of party move out of the way, pointed right at me and said we can't help him, he won't fit in a slim. As that's all the store offers. Not only was it super rude and offensive but The sales lady has lost out on the sale of 7 suits, and I will be telling everyone I know to never shop here.

First time in this location as my regular branch is temporarily closed.I had to return two items out of a huge online order that was placed on December 26 and received mid January. Huge shout out to Sama who went above and beyond to accommodate a refund( as I was not happy with store credit).Made me feel heard and valued and will definitely kept me in RW and Co. list when I do my online shopping.Keep up the great job.

Great clothing and service generally. However, I had bought a new fall work wardrobe, spending about $700 after all was said and done the weekend before last (Oct 2). An amazing feat given I was rushing to pick, try on and buy clothes in the 1 hour window I had while my son and his friends played at VRKade.Everything looked great in the dressing room of course… those confidence building retail mirrors :)I got home and hung all my items in my closet, removing the tags as I hung the items. I threw the tags back in the RW&Co bag where the receipt was and then carried on with my day. A day later I went to pick an outfit for work and of course pick a couple of my new items, excited.My husband and I both agreed… this did not look good at all. What the heck. So much money spent and I knew I wouldn’t leave the house in that.So for the two worst “offending” items, along with a hair accessory I didn’t realize was a headband, I made sure I still had their tags and the receipt, and made the drive in to Calgary from our home out of town.I brought the bag with the items I was returning into the RW&Co South Centre location where I had bought them. Well, I was treated like some kind of criminal for not having the tags still attached, asked repeatedly if I had worn the items and she paused and sighed as though she wasn’t going to help me with my return. I still had the tags, they were in great shape and completely reusable, in the bag. I had the receipt, showing I was returning just 1/7 of my large purchase. Yet I was made to feel like a delinquent.Usually (especially if I’ve tried on items), I feel pretty safe to remove tags and hang new items in my closet, ready to be worn. I wouldn’t even think about it… but I felt so embarrassed by this whole situation I guess it’s a lesson learned for me, never remove the tags until you are 100% certain you are keeping an item.What is unfortunate is in those instances where you don’t know something doesn’t work for you until you’ve walked around in something for a couple of hours, or tried to sit in it or something along those lines… then what? If it truly doesn’t work for you or doesn’t hold up to normal life/wear, should a company not still stand by their product? I now have another pair of pants I bought that day that have about a 6” gap between my stomach and the pants and I don’t think I will wear them again. So expensive to be worn once and realize how quickly the elastic comes loose!Anyway… for this giant RW&CO fan, that was a pretty disappointing experience.
