It was the scariest shopping experience in my life. Worse than in the night market in Zanzibar.
I was shopping for someone and couldn't find a couple items. It was 5 after 10pm when an asian male looking staff approached me and impatiently told me to go check out. I went towards the checkout through the dairy isle to grab a tub of yogurt and that person kept following me repeatedly saying to go out. He followed me very too closely and it was extremely intimidating in an empty store. He was angry, obnoxious, rude and made an impression of a physiologically challenged individual. I didn't feel good about delaying them but at the same time I felt it was just normal to let me finish especially if it's just one more item. I didn't feel safe and left. I honestly believe he should be assessed by a psychiatrist. It's been almost an hour since then and I'm still terribly stressed.

Customer service was horrible. I timed how long I was at the counter waiting and I waited 10 minutes for help. I even called the store on my phone and whenever someone would go to the phone they would avoid eye contact with me and ignore me even when I would hang up and they were behind the counter. I could understand that it's busy but management can't even step in and help out the front??

TLDR: Don't give them your Scene Card.
During a recent purchase they consumed all of my saved Scene points WITHOUT asking me. (1,000 = $10 at Safeway FAR LESS than at the Theater). Obv I felt robbed.
Customer service told me that my points could NOT BE refunded. Apparently their lack of staff training is now my issue.
Side note: At least the average mugger or robber has THE COURTESY to ASK FOR YOUR CASH/ASSETS ** before** they steal them.
It's a matter of communication and common courtesy. 😡

Maybe the only Starbucks in Safeway which doesn't offer free water. The barista was cheating on clients because I visited Starbucks often.

i got a 12$ steak with my hb and cooked it for another hb he didn't eat it but i did it was ok also my hb got a pack of 100 tea bags and that was a bussin deal good store for food and tea
