Was having issues with my bank card. On Nov 13, 2024. Jenn (cashier) was very helpful. We tried different tills in case it was their debit machines. She put my groceries in the deli cooler until I returned a half hour later and paid for my groceries. There are still some very helpful people in this world. Thank you Jenn!

Good variety of international goods besides local products. Great Deals with a Scene+ account or your Scotiabank Scene card. While the price of Groceries is high at times... Lol... It helps when you have a scene card.

I feel very comfortable when shopping here. Goods in the bakery is freshly made, and the cashier Veronica is nice.

Terrible service and very unhelpful - purchased a gift card for 125 and when I went to use value less . Desk person told me to call gift card company . So terrible

They have re arranged the store. The store looks like it out of products all the time! I really like the red Safeway soda. Every time the other brands like Pepsi and Coke are not on sale and so expensive. EVERY TIME they are then out of their brand cola soda! It a scam!!! I give no stars but it won't let Me!

Although the store is clean and organized, when I was going through the checkout the cashier did not talk to me once… she didn’t say hello, ask for my scene card, say the total, or thank me for my purchase. Super awkward encounter and pretty disappointing.

When I come in in the morning they will have lines all the way into the aisles, but they won't open more tills.

I went at 9:33 today and they had the doors locked I understand closing a few minutes early but almost 30 minutes early is ridiculous I can’t trust you will be open past 9 now so if you really want less business then you got it
