Please don’t feel too bad about the negative review because the review is the same for Walmart, IDA, Shoppers, and several other pharmacies in the Northwest that I’ve dealt with. As someone who suffers from excruciating pain every hour of every day due to post fusion chronic nerve pain syndrome, it’s hard to even get to the pharmacy. You guys see that I can only get supplied thirty days at a time and yet, you always forget to count the day I come in and need to take one right away. So therefore, when you don’t include the day I come in I’m always left to suffer for a day until the cycle ends. It’s the same with all of the several pharmacies with technicians that don’t understand basic math.
I will once again be requesting my physician send my prescriptions to another pharmacy and maybe will finally find one with about a grade six level math skills?
One can only hope!

Deli staff - so unfriendly and such poor attitude. I asked a question, and received an answer with such a degrading tone intending to make me feel stupid. This is not what customer service should be.

I would just like to thank and take a moment to appreciate Elaine Wong in the pharmacy. She is the most caring and wonderful pharmacist I have ever known/had. She will even ask my spouse how I am doing if she hasn’t seen me in awhile. I know I can trust her with anything and my privacy is always respected.

This is the best Safeway store in the city. Staff are awesome. If you have a question or looking for certain products customer service the best. Staff are so professional and friendly. Manager assistant manager outstanding. Thank you for making the shopping experience the best❤️

The lady at self check out accuses me and my roommate of stealing every time we go in because we shared a basket no wonder superstore is stealing all of your business maybe if every one under the age of 60 is constantly berated by the staff you need new staff

Great customer service. I was looking for some corn on the cob so I asked an employee if he might know where I could find it. The employee said he would check in the back. He came to me with 2 packages.
