This is the best grocery store in the SE as far as I’m concerned. Great service at checkout, clean chill vibe, and they often have good deals on the Sterling Beef.

David, the cashier, is a little too particular about how he likes his conveyor belt. Please note that when cleaning the belt with disinfectant, he should avoid spraying the groceries.
He sprayed directly onto the belt’s surface, creating a bit of splashback, so the bacteria and cleaner are now on my food packaging. (thanks, David)
I would have made a fuss, but he was already aggressive about the belt dividers. My husband tried to use one, only for David to snatch it back and say he “needed” it.
While I appreciate the sentiment of him “just doing his job,” it was not a pleasant shopping experience.

We actually really like this Safeway location. Great meat and seafood counter. Also, the Compliments value brand is really good, we haven't found much that we don't like from it. I'd give 5 stars, but like most shopping stores, they have no tills open and expect you to check yourself out. I miss the days of decent customer service.

Friendly staff. Easy to shop without having to fight for space with other crazy shoppers like you’ll find at discount grocery stores. Worth paying a little extra to not have to deal with that.

Love this store, well used to , been going to ur bakery forever, I drive by , coop, save on, walmart , could buy my bread there , but I love safeways bread...well not anymore , what happened? it's always dry, stale now ....so does the bakery bake bread then freeze it , and put out that bread everyday , instead of the fresh bread u had before? well at least now I won't b wasting gas going to your store ...hello coop, and save on

I went to this location for the first time to get the deal on chicken I seen advertised buy one get one free they did not have a second one for me to buy so I asked the cashier she said go to us to er service and get a rain cheque. Then I asked for a Safeway club card she told me I had to buy something so I grab the closest thing chocolate she told it was eight dollar but it was 11 diallers. Then I went to the customer service desk to get my rain cheque for the chicken deal the customer service guy came up to me and said yeah I told him what I needed and and he said he did not know anything about it asked if I bought the one chicken package that was there I said no then he just stared at he he would not do anything. Then he started walking away. His name was Gusty or something like that not sure i spelled it right. I called the store when I got home talked to two store assistant managers both told me the you give me a rain check and more I was told the would call me the next day after the spouse to the store GM but that never happened. It was just broken promises and nothing more I will never step foot in this store ever again completely unprofessional. The customer service is none existent.i was never treated so rudely in my life even one of the assistant managers said some staff are rude for a manger to admit this is very telling of the whole store.

I went to shop at 7:30 p.m. on a Wednesday night. It is absolutely ridiculous that you have the one entrance door locked. I bought 3 items when I proceeded to the checkout you had one cashier on that had four people in line. I was forced to use self checkout or stand in line for probably 20 minutes. I do not believe in self checkout. Really Covid is over……. Get back to normal open your doors and put more cashiers on

They need to hire different cashiers. They don’t know how to smile they’re rude. They throw your stuff.
