Went in there on sunday march the 5th and had a good laugh with the wonderful 3 lady’s at the front desk. Always come back to this location That’s what i like to call good costumer service 10/10

If you are lucky, do not deal with Kelly, she is sooooo rude And I complained about her in the corporate but it seems that the company prefers to keep Kelly and not care about her customers.Please read the bad reviews to find that they are all complaining about Kelly.But who cares? ?♀️

If you are lucky enough to walk in when Sara is working, you will be in great hands. I've gone to this location for years, and can hands down say Sara is the best salesperson that's ever worked here. She needs a raise! Amazing knowledge and an upbeat attitude. Thanks for helping me out with a hair colour emergency, you saved me!

There is an amazing beautiful young lady named Sara she has been Hair professional for 15yrs. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to you. I went in today to get some hair color lightner and she really knows her stuff. I have gone to this sally's since they opened as I live 5 mins away. I have always been disappointed with the service and lack of people skills and product knowledge with their previous staff. Sara is a Keeper!!! Please Sally'Beauty treat her well and make sure she doesn't leave.

This is a nice big location with very friendly staff. The girl with the orange hair always helps me when I come in and is very nice. The stock is usually better at this location. I've noticed prices going up but will likely still continue to buy from Sally because the products never let me down.

Drove 30 minutes to this location. Online says open, On the door it says open and yet the doors are locked and no one answering phone. Based off the other bad reviews on this location I won’t be going here anymore

I saw two members of staff treat multiple people rudely. It is worth it to drive further to deerfoot city to get better service and kindness.

i came in today when sally’s opened with a hair emergency !! i dyed it the night before (with dye from another store) and it totally messed up my hair colour. the lady in this morning was so friendly and helpful, she showed me exactly what to get and how long to put it on for, i’m so relived that i don’t look insane. thank you so much you saved my life :))))

Hi there, I went today to pick up some hair products as I wanted something more professional than what other stores carries, anyways I went by around 4 pm. As I entered the store ,there was only 2 staffs, a cashier and another who looks like a teenager, very petite young lady. I ask her where to find hair bleach, she pointed. There was only one package one what I wanted so I ask can I get another box of this please?She looked at me and says , whatever you see that's all we have in a very rude and impolite manner. With her attitude, honestly I wouldn't want to shop here again. Someone needs to address this issue. Cannot be that disrespectful to customers.Overall great product, cashier was friendly.??

I have been to several locations and this one is clean and has many products. But when I absolutely need assistance the clerk has no idea. More than once, actually roughly six visits, they can't answer simple questions. I appreciate that they don't lie and give me incorrect information like other places (Rona staff). But at least one person in the store should have some knowledge about the products.

If I could give a "0" rating I would. I was just there at Sally's today and the girls there are clueless to say the least. I had hair questions and they have no bloody idea how to help. They saw me struggling and never even asked if they could help me. I used to go to Sally's in Cochrane and they were supper friendly and helpful. I'm not sure why that location closed down. Here the staff are not qualified in my opinion to work here. Either that or they just don't care enough to be helpful. This place is so unfriendly and very unprofessional in my opinion. Advise to those working there, if you don't like your job then quit. It's very apparent you're not happy working there. I don't think I will be going to this location anytime soon.

So I usually have nothing but good things to say about Sally’s…but this is the second time since October that the hair color I bought is expired. First time was from the Sunridge store and this time it was from sage hill location. Hair dye usually has a shelf life of 3 years - so clearly something is terribly wrong at the sourcing level. Photo below is the tube of colour I had to throw out again because of the huge green chunks of mold inside the tube and causes the product to separate from the remaining non-moldy portion. When the end-user is out of pocket and time due to defective products sold by a large retailer cutting corners , it needs to be acknowledged.
