Having just completed a home purchase, we found Sam invaluable. From start to finish, she offered sage advice and an in-depth knowledge of homes and neighbourhoods. She's fluent in the technical side of things, but also has a feel for the emotional fit that her clients have with a house and a neighbourhood. She's great at pointing out any blind spots you might have, and knows when to offer her qualified opinion on something. The whole process felt human and enjoyable rather than transactional. She's got a sterling reputation with mortgage brokers, lawyers, and other people you meet on the path to purchase, which really helped. Add to that the fact that she was always available, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Needless to say, I'll be passing her name on to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We initially met Sam when we came across a listing we wanted to view without having a realtor yet. She responded very fast and helped us see the place the next day. The house wasn’t the right fit but she easily set us up on a customized search. For months we watched the listings and once we were ready to secure a realtor we reached out to her again. Her and Tamara met with us and we knew instantly they were the best option! Throughout the whole house buying experience Sam was super helpful and insightful. She ensured we understand each step of the buying process, what renovations we could do, and helped refer us to trusted vendors. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable and appreciated. We listed our house in a market downturn and were really worried that we wouldn't get near to asking price. Our neighborhood felt like every second house was for sale, we couldn't walk the dogs around the block without hitting a for sale sign.We had a target price for our sale and listed accordingly, our place sold on the first day of showings and hit our target price exactly. Like, 4 hours of showings, and we sold. Right? Sick.This was in one of the most competitive markets that I've seen in Calgary and I give 100% of the credit for this to Sam. She priced our house perfectly and marketed it for what it was.I'm new to this whole process and have to admit that I was expecting to sit on my sold house for a few months - Sam made it happen on the first day. She sold our house on the first day of showing... let that sink in.I'm also not one to blow smoke unless it's absolutely warranted (I think a person's performance should speak for their self) but I can't express enough that Sam knocked this out of the park.I'll be recommending Sam to all of my friends and family and honestly can recommend that you consider the same, she pretty much kills it.

Great experience buying and selling a home! Sam is one of the best realtors we've worked with. She provided excellent advice and service when we were looking for a home. She reviewed properties in our search criteria and provide recommendations based off our tastes, requirements, and resale value. There were many times Sam's advice saved us from making a bad investment because she pointed out things we hadn't considered.When it came time to sell our home, Sam's expertise in pricing and staging helped attract buyers. She provided staging furniture for the open house and within three days, we received two competing offers.
