These pharmacists are wonderful, Emily and Kayla have both helped me with multiple questions and concerns, most recently I had to go in to change a medication that was making me very ill and they helped me find a new script that is much better. They followed up to see how I was feeling and made sure I was taken care of! Always friendly and they remember you by name! Will always recommend Save On Foods Heritage Pharmacy!

Supervisor Kristen & Deli employee Roger are AMAZING!!!
I work in film & television and often ask them for ridiculous requests with no heads up and they come through with a smile on their faces and a great product. Super appreciate them as a vendor always going above and beyond.

I have been a regular shopper at this location since it first opened. I have had different issues with them, like rudeness from staff (mostly staff stocking shelves). They refuse to move out of your way and are unfriendly when they do. My shopping experience there yesterday was the last straw.
I was almost ready to check out and I slipped and fell fully down because there was a liquid spill on the floor. (I am a senior). Not one staff member even acknowledged that I had fallen. A staff member was 25 feet away from me stocking the fruit. I asked him to please call someone to clean up the spill and no response or compassion shown at all. He never even approached to ask if I was ok. I got up, continued to get my last couple of items, came back and the spill was still there. As I checked out at the self checkout, I told the person monitoring the area what happened and that this needed to be cleaned up and he didn't even look me in the eye and kind of waved me off. I was upset and called back to speak to the manager. He was of course apologetic, but really?? This is how staff members care about customers?!?
I will add that the cashiers are always friendly and helpful.

Hi, I go there all the time cuz it's convenient n close
I'm a Large native guy
So every time I go in there I get followed around
And just get a little bit of an attitude from some people that work there
a few there are nice to me
I try to ignore the negativity but it seems like that every time I go in there
When I don't get followed around and have a nice trip in there I'm surprised
Just seems excessive I go in there all the time
After getting followed around by security and workers on the last trip
The teller makes a inappropriate comment to me
One of the tellers said something about brain damage. Jokingly
I said" I have lots of that"just kidding around
So she says "oh yeah I can tell"
I thought that was rude for a worker to say to a customer

this location doesnt honor scan code of practice. i grabbed a pineapple and it said 4.99 just after entering the store…go through the self checkout it says 6.99. I paid and brrought it to customer service. i was supposed to get the pineapple for free due to scan code practice but the lady working there says no, the excuse was a computr communication error…and insisted that scan code doesnt apply…terrible practice imo

Look online to see if you have a product... says you have the product... go to grab it, nothing.. go to another location... nothing. Then hearing from your employee it takes at least 6 months to update your website and app? I would give negative stars for the amount of gas I wasted. But I can't.. will never go back. And there is nothing that you save on, more expensive than superstore

Best sushi selection from any grocery store I have been to. Everything always looks so fresh and tastes delicious. Kudos to whoever is making this amazing sushi at Save On Foods Heritage!

This was my first grocery store in Canada, and I CANNOT believe how much food was past it's best-by and/or expiration date. We found something that had expired in early June, in July! At least 5 different items we picked up were all way past. Also so many packaged items had been closed and then resealed with missing quantity...which was weird as I've never seen that elsewhere. Safe to say we double checked all our food and then left and went to a different grocery store the next time.

The price is okay, but if you're going to buy fruit, you really have to examine it. I've been seeing a lot of mold, brown spots and wilted products on the shelf that I wouldn't feed my dog

The worst customer service and manager at this branch!
I live 2 mins away from this Huntington Save On Foods and come here everyday for everything. But today on July 20, 2024, I Went in to buy a gift card and I paid $100 for it and my payment was approved. The cashier tells me to go to customer service because the gift card was not activated, I go there and the lady there doesn’t know what happened and calls the manager. This idiot comes and tells me to call the number on the card, I call the number and was told to go back to the store and when I ask them to take the card and give me the refund this manager calls security on me and ask me to leave the store. I am gonna deal with them legally but I and my whole family living in the neighborhood will never step out foot in that store again and I urge everyone to avoid that place.
I wanted to attached the photo of the useless gift card and the receipt from Save On Foods but I couldn’t.
My worst customer service experience ever!

Bakery is tiny! Took me so long to realize that was it. They have very limited bread items. They don’t even have Kaiser buns.
