Customer service is non-existent at the meet counter. I've been here numerous times and it's rare to ever find a staff member around that can help you. I waited for 10 mins tonight and not a single worker could be found.
Edit: downgrading to a 1 from a 2 star. I've been here 4 times since the initial review and still yet to see an employee man the counter.

Price gouging since the construction workers started going there more in the cold weather. Sandwiches went up 1.50 over the weekend 7 dollars for 1/4 sub. Crazy. Some of the hot food increased 15% over the weekend too. And half the food is 2-3 days old.

Purchased rib eye steaks from this store. They were not marked with A, AA or AAA grade, so I asked a store employee if they were AAA and was assured they were. The steaks were horrible, very embarrassing for me as I was hosting a special dinner. Obvious why they do not mark their beef with the grades. BUYER BEWARE!!

I don’t shop much at big grocers but when I do I go out of my way to go to this location, I love the service there. So friendly, Carmen at the till is great with my toddler and kind to me too. I had a great interaction with Cheryl in the meat department too who helped me by reading out ingredients over the phone, wow! That’s tough! Always clean and quiet. I only wish they stocked more organic milk or cream brands

My order was suppose to arrive between 12-2pm and it arrived at 1:50 pm. Not going to get delivery from here again. They did not have many things we ordered and instead of brown eggs they gave us white eggs.

I recently moved to this part of the city and having used Save On as my primary grocery store in my old neighbourhood…..was wonderful. It’s a bit out of my way but I thought I’d give the Trinity Hills one a try as I like the grocer chain. Unfortunately I can’t say I’d go out of my way to go here again. I like the store however every time I go through the checkout the staff seem so miserable. I’ve been here now 3 times and today I was checked out by Carmen who didn’t say hi (I greeted her) seemed annoyed to pack my bags, even though I was helping her, she stood there while I was paying (some of my groceries were still sitting unpacked) and handed me my receipt and quickly walked away to go help someone else while I had to finish packing the rest of my order. Very disappointed.

Done with this company. It only takes one miserable delivery experience to turn you off the entire company. I selected my food for delivery and waited from 3pm-10pm. The truck showed up around 4pm, guy walked to the back of truck, and then they left. Didn't drop my food off. I will go back to Superstore or Safeway. This was absolutely ridiculous.

Prices aren’t as good as I expected, saw multiple adverts on the train and decided to check it out, overall not sure if I’ll return as there are other alternatives and affordable grocery stores. :)

Store is good and pricing is well. Went to the snack bar/batista bar and there was a sign saying they closed at 4 P.M due to staffing. It was 3:15 P.M and the guy refused to help us and said they were closed. He wasn't nice about it and told us there was nothing he could do when the signage clearly stated they were open until 4 P.M
