What's the point of having a hot foods section if you can't get any service? There was one person in the back who had to work on getting all the rotisserie chickens prepared and I understand that he was not available.
Is your budget for the store so tiny that you can't staff more than one person per department? It's incredible how poorly run the University District branch is.
Your competitors at least don't leave you waiting for 30 minutes before you decide to walk away due to enough of your time being taken.
Corporate: don't bother with that copy-paste response to reach out about this, fix what has been outlined and that's it.

I visited the Save-On-Foods store in Calgary and honestly found the prices quite high compared to other grocery stores. Even items marked “on sale” were more expensive than regular prices at Walmart or Superstore. Diapers and some basic food items were especially overpriced. The store is clean and organized, but the pricing really needs improvement if they want families to shop here more often.

I see more of the workers who are putting stuff away, fool around more than helping customers. When I asked a question some will give me an annoyed look. It feels like we're not welcome to grocery shop here or something.

It was near children hospital and the parking was just across the street. It has everything that I needed. The staff was very friendly.

I was looking for something in the store and was not able to find it. I found a young man in one of the isles named Stuart. When I asked him where I could find the product, he stopped what he was doing and took me right to them. Then he asked me if there was anything he could help with. Thank you for your help Stuart

Reliable, clean, and well-stocked. Good variety of produce and lots of local product options. Bonus points for the friendly cashiers who always keep the line moving.

Love this pharmacy. I live about 30 min away but every time a travel I make a point to come here. If you are not in the system, give them your info, location you are traveling and for how long. The Guy pulls it up it moments, tells you what you need and your done. Never takes long to get everything and it's so simple.

Two days ago, I ordered, from the bakery, eight Chocolate au Mousse for pick-up on Saturday, June 28, 2025. When I arrived, no Chocolate au Mousse, and no record of my order. I am seriously displeased.
