Betty and her team have been great meeting our families needs regarding the move of our Dad. She has been helpful in securing lockers that meet our needs as be downsizes lockers. Even loaned us a spare lock between lockers. Superior service team!!!

I will no longer be using the facilities for my clients. Its has been extremely difficult to get a hold of someone lately or a response. I have 1 very frustrated client. Its already stressful moving.
He was recommended a moving company that stole his electronics.

stored my stuff there for a year and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was not full of dust or anything but in fact, exactly like I left it! Moreover, they have some great deals and the units are closed and in concrete; I definitely recommend!

There are endless storage facilities to choose from (even in the Bowness area). But this facility is head and shoulders above them all. Great rates, clean, well lit, and very secure. But best of all . THE SERVICE is top notch. Japan-level customer service . It was my first time using a storage unit and they were incredible
