My daughter received a full face of make up tutorial for a Christmas present this year. The staff and team at Sephora were so incredible ended up, making it such a special memory for her and her grandmother thank you so much.!

I’ve had a disappointing experience with this store on multiple occasions. A few months ago, my husband tried to enter the store 5 minutes before closing to quickly grab an item I needed. He knew exactly what to get and would have been in and out within 2 minutes. However, he wasn’t allowed to enter, which was extremely frustrating given the limited time flexibility we had.
Today, I had another disappointing experience. I placed an online order and opted for same-day delivery on December 23rd, just before Christmas. I urgently needed the items but received the wrong products entirely. When I called to resolve the issue, the customer service was dismissive, with no apology or empathy. I was told to either return the items in-store or online—neither of which should have been necessary had Sephora fulfilled the order correctly.
It’s disheartening to see such a lack of consideration for customers. Both experiences have left me questioning whether Sephora values their customers’ time or loyalty. I hope the company takes feedback seriously and works on improving their service.

Kept the line up moving quickly even though it was Christmas Eve!! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable, received a few gift suggestions for my son and I think he will be very happy with them!

The people here were so rude to my wife jist because we go there 5 minutes before closing. Sorry we had jist enough time to get there you pompous jerks could have a little more patience with customers and I will make an effort to come again with minutes to spare and waste an extra 15 minutes only to walk out without buying a thing.

This place is close by so now this is my new goto place for skin care and cosmetics. My kiddo had a skin concern and asked for some help to the girl there. She suggested me few products and those worked for the kiddo. I forgot her name but appreciate your help.

I was just there for my niece who was getting a Birthday gift and that staff was so friendly. They all wished her a happy birthday. Ninna was very sweet and chatted with me for awhile while my niece explored the store. Thanks Ninna for the nice compliment on my outfit too.

Went to this location to get my make up done for my engagement photos. I booked with Robyn and she was amazing! She was great to work with and did my make up exactly how I wanted! Zero complaints! Thank you so much!!

I came in with some skin care concerns and questions, I hesitate to go into places similar as I previously have had some bad experiences. Okasanna was so amazing.She helped me find what I was looking for(a tinted spf for scarred skin, and a cleanser with certain specifications). She is such a welcoming person and truly went above and beyond. When I came back to get more of the product she remembered me and she was soooooo excited that it worked for me, genuinely happy. Okasanna made a world of difference in this environment for me, and she will be the reason I will keep coming back to this location. Thank you!

Change the hours on your door and on your website. It’s extremely annoying to say you’re open at 9 on Saturday and then have people drive down there and then not be open until 10.

I’ve been coming to this Sephora location since it’s opened. And I believe Karreema has been working there since it opened or close to it. Karreema is one of the kindest humans i’ve ever had the pleasure of engaging with. She’s always positive and makes me leave the store feeling better than when I came in. Huge shoutout to her because she’s amazing!
