Second claim where repairs are delayed... I understand its not ALL their fault, but this is ridiculous. Making me wait another 4 weeks because you underestimated damage?

don't waste your time.. they're incompetent they make mistakes and don't take responsibility for those mistakes and for some reason they will charge you more, telling you they can't and will not fix their error.. this happened after getting a confirmed yearly quote..

Really unprofessional insurance company I’ve even seen.Keep on increasing insurance and asking for documents those never exist.
