This has happened twice in 3 weeks. I went tonight to buy lotto tickets like I always do on Tuesday and Friday. I went tonight and the worker had the store closed while he is peeling advertisement off of the pumps. He said to come back in 45 minutes. This is inexcusable and there was 3 other customers trying to get in to buy from the Shell. It must be nice for the owner making so much money that he has his staff closing the store. The guy working refused to give me the manager/owners name or phone number. I spend close to $100 per week. I would like to hear from the owners. The first time same guy, was unloading windshield washer fluid and those boxes are still there from 2 weeks ago. You need to put this staff member in some kind of customer service training.

Very Bad service. Robin has no manners how to deal with customer. Don’t allow to use the washroom. Worst place for refueling. There is no option for zero star otherwise I will give zero star.

How are these people running this gas station im a customer and wanted to go to the washroom the attendant harman said that after 8 pm not allowed i mean washroom does it mind if a person wants to go to the washroom after 8 pm it’s totally weird. They lost a customer today not coming on any shell anymore as i was a shell customer before my every fill up was shell . If wanna go for piss so we are travelling and should go home for the washroom very weird. Came for fill up but not anymore. Very stinky place a smell inside the store tells how they can deal with the customers .

This place really needs to work on it's customer service. They seem to be indifferent and can barely manage a polite hello or thank you. The quality of hires at this location has really gone downhill. I am sure nothing will change though because many times these things begin and end with management. If they are busy it's probably they are in a convenient location, not because it's a nice place to spend your money.
