Extremely irritated, went to use the car wash and waited outside for over 10 minuets because the sign said full. Lights on in the car wash through the entry door. Walked to the other side of the building across the icy parking lot to ask if it was full or partially down. The guy says “it’s closed. That’s why it says it’s full.”
How am I supposed to know that? The lights are on and it say full. Put up some cones or a small easily movable sign to signify it’s closed? Online it says it’s open till 10:30. Closed or broken please put up cones or a sign or something.

Just went to this location to buy gas and a drink, it said on line it was open till 11:00pm it is 10:50 and the door is locked and the guy behind the counter has his back to the door…. I think that if you are open till 11 your door should be unlocked till 11 and be able to serve customers. This is very unprofessional and the staff needs to be trained better

This car wash and gas station has become a dump. The exterior of the building and the property, in general, are falling apart. The car wash chemicals barely flow, the foam brush sprays soapy water, and the floor is overflowing with dirty water. I brought this up to the cashier, and all he did was turn the dials at the wash station to confirm everything was working well as water shot out of the gun while ignoring everything else.

Car washing is carried out by paying one dollar per 1 minute from the moment you in to the moment you leave. I got 15 minutes. The water pressure is apparently deliberately low and somehow pulsating, it takes a very long time to wash the car. As a result, a poorly washed car for $ 15. It comes out cheaper on any other car wash. I highly no recommend it!!!

I use this car wash often unfortunately depending on who is working I’ve notice the price changes and I called them out on it due to I was only there to rinse they over charged me and used a different receipt so not trust worthy is an issue with this shell / car wash

Car wash is poorly maintained. I have been coming here for many years to wash commercial and personal vehicles. Water was cold even on wax setting, Foam brush leaked, and vacuum had poor suction. I politely brought my concerns to the cashiers attention however she was not concerned. Disappointing, but fortunately there are other options with better facilities nearby at Midnapore Centex and car wash on elbow 1 block north of Anderson. $15 spent and the truck I washed isn’t clean.

The last time I was at this car wash they didn't have automated tickets and this was 15+ years ago. Went there last week and still no tickets. Gotta go walk up to the attendant to get a sticky note with a scribbled #The soap was so watered down it was mostly soapy water coming out.Never returning, what a cheap way of doing business and still charging a lot for a car wash.

As one reviewer stated, the best hand car wash in the area. It’s the ONLY hand car wash in the area.I’ve noticed the pressure has dropped, is no better or barely a match to a garden hose and a cheap Canadian tire pressure washer.I mentioned the lack of pressure to the attendant who advised me I should have just moved around to other bays…there were cars in them!He seemed annoyed and was boarderline rude to my feedback.I’ll drive out of the area for a wash for now on. Too bad, it’s so conveniently located.

Google says you close at 10:30 I got to the place at 10:15 to the guy locking up and leaving either change the hours or speak to the employees

First time in this has station, wondering the cashier where it was facing. Saw two customers at the store and of course no idea if paying or choosing goods, ask the guy that I want to fill and he asked me "what's your problem" I said need to gas. His answer you need to line up, then I said sorry it was my first time here. he attended two customer behind me. I asked I thought supposed to be in line. when I was paying he pushed the machine with bad manner. He is so racist as I can see the way he treated me. I call him RACIST, There's few more customer all white people and I was the only brown one. For first timer in this store I was not expecting this kind of service, he was mean, no manner. Time visited 2:45pm Feb 4, 2023.This will be my first and last visit here with this experience. i wish you all can see how he pushed the machine in front of me for tapping the card.

Best hand car wash in this area, staff members are polite and always helpful.More than that their smoke prices are really affordable and cheaper when you buy 2 packs.Also as an AMA member I am getting 3 cents discount per litre with gas.
