Wanted to grab something from the inside, door was locked, clerk looked at me as if I’m not there. Never getting fuel or anything from that station again. It was snowing the guy inside was just in considerate especially that it was snowing and cold. Happened on April 22nd at around 145 AM

To preface, I have multiple vehicles that I fill weekly, usually at this location. Trying to pump my 30L for 40x Air Miles points. Pump magically stops after 10L. Waving my arms at the attendant who shrugged at me and then walked away. Explained my situation about how my jerry cans would not take 30L now, and how I'm not putting 93 octane in my Corolla to meet the 30L requirement for 40x redemption to the manager who was entirely unhelpful and rude about it. Do not support this business. Ignorant staff, overpriced gas. Shell pumps the prices up on these redemption days, FYI. Gas was 2 cents/L cheaper at the Petro up the road.

This particular location never has their wash stations filled, has on one occasion told me the pumps were off and they didn't know how to make them work, and apparently cannot combine more than one form of payment per transaction, resulting in the customer having to pump gas separately for each payment type. I have left a poor review as well as complaints to their head office, and there seems to be zero effort or want to improve or to serve their customers better.
Shell Canada has officially lost 1 regular customer. I'll drive the extra few blocks to the co-op or the petro canada down the street from now on.
Thanks for reading my opinion as a customer who lives down the street. Not even worth the 3 cents off if you have AMA, and they remember to ask.

Well managed and well stocked and kept very clean. The manager is very accommodating and professional with everyone who came into the store while I was there. A pleasant experience.

Not bad but falsely advertising prices on their thirst Buster slushes. Thet advertise the price for $2.89 for an extra large thirst Buster plus tax but they charge you $3.15 with the tax included so unless the person behind the till doesn't know their math. At $2.89 plus tax the maximum amount you should be paying is $3.05. hence the reason for one star. Don't false advertise, it's not cool. Show your price correctly and don't change the price when people get up to the till

The cashier Sarv was on a personal phone call talking on her headphones when I went inside which I don't mind but I do have the expectation that they'd pause the call when a customer comes to the till. When I brought my items up to pay she greeted me and I responded "Hi, how are you?" She ignored me and continued talking to whoever on her personal phone call for the rest of the transaction. I found this odd and it was poor customer service.

Don't buy your washer fluid from there! Price wasn't advertised correctly. Over 7 dollars for one jug of washer fluid! What a scam! Sign said it was 5.99 per, I ended up paying 7.89? The chick said the sign says you have to buy 2 to get the price. However, the only part of the sign that was not blocked was the price that said 5.99 ? do better and stop scamming people please!
