This gas station is one of the best in the area! The pumps are always clean and working properly, and I never have to worry about long lines. The staff is very polite, professional, and always ready to help if you need anything. The convenience store is well stocked with fresh snacks, drinks, and even some daily essentials, which makes it super convenient for quick stops.

From about 10:am till 1:40 pm , the google map showed the gas price of this location 5 cents cheaper than actually price. Don’t trust Google maps.
The printer is not working on the No 1 pump, please leave a note on the pump.

Went to fill with regular gas, it lit up for regular gas, then when I started filling the gas, it was at the premium gas price. I stopped pumping (at $13.) and asked the attendant for this to be corrected, they said to call Shell head office.
Not sure if this station is trustworthy.
Be very careful, this was very shocking to me.

The bathroom was very clean, well equipped and smells nice
The guy at the cashier was polite and nice, not like those losers at 7 eleven

This Shell is a convenient place to stop on a road trip from Edmonton to BC just off Stoney Trail.
Polite and helpful gentleman at the the register plus and slushies on this very warm day!

Very neat and tidy location! Well maintained and serviced! Customer care is excellent! Pumps are easily accessible. This Shell has a large self serve coffee bar area. Wheel chair access with large spacious restrooms. Photos are provided. Have purchased gas at this location for years. Multiple angled bays allow for easy fill ups and departures.

I like this location because it is close to my house.However, this Royal Oak NW Shell location is the WORST for forcing customer to go inside to get the receipt. 50% of the time I pump it says the Receipt is inside. Now I try to avoid it and drive to Crowfoot instead. Aweful!! If I want or need to go inside, I would but not force to do it.
