steal money from children by selling them faulty road blocks card and refusing to give them refunds. my daughter bought a 15$ card and scratched the place where there qre numbers and some numbers were missing on the card. they all got scratched off. so she asked for a refund. the cashier told her that she will not refund her and told an 11 year old to go to a road block website and apply for a refund there (an 11 hear old). so my daughter then bought another card and this time she asked the cashier to scratch the numbers for her. the same thing happened. the numbers were not visible. the cashier said that she will not refund the twp cards. i then asked her to stop selling these cards and return them to roadblocks if they have a problem and she refused and said that my daughter was the only one who got two faulty cards and that all of the other cards work. i was disappointed to see that they take money from children and then make it very difficult for these children to get refunds.

The lady who had served me tonight at 9:30 pm was on her phone the entire time she was ringing my stuff in, once I had asked her if she was on the phone she lied and said no and I knew this was a lie because the person actually responded on the phone LOL. If all I need to do is take orders and sit on my phone my whole shift I have more than enough experience! Staff needs to be much more attentive!

Extremely rude had a customer before my son who paid in a bunch of nickels and dimes who wasn't white but my son who was white had rolls already counted went to pay and got refused then told to leave the store that's kinda rude and racist if you ask me never going back

Overprice overcharge their price tag never matched the items that are there always the wrong price. Price tag says something else and they charge you something else. Even if you mention with them that your Price tag has a different price and you're charging something else, they don't care about that. 80% of their price tags are wrong.

Get rid of your staff and put in a machine. Piss poor service. I asked for a tray because I had bought a bunch of slurpees and couldn't carry them out. She said they were out of stock, and coming in the next couple days. I said ok, do you have anything else? Nope.
So I looked around and saw a cardboard box that was already half empty from drinks on the floor. I asked if I could have that to carry them. Nope. They keep them. She offered NO ideas or solutions. Just gave me attitude. I haven't hated a business this much in a long time.

I filled 43 litter gas, instead of 420KM I got 300KM mileage, comparing with other gas stations there is 100KM short?
