This car wash is garbage, it malfunctions frequently, sometimes gets you stuck in there without washing and when it washes, sadly gets your car worse/dirtier than it was before washing, I have complained in store with nothing done. Total waste of money and time.

Still can’t pay at the pump at this location and it’s been over a year now. It doesn’t recognize my Air Miles card at the pump. Never had problems in other locations. Always have to come in and pay at the till. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to avoid this location today.

This early afternoon I had very terrible experience with the cashier.
I had purchased 3 bags of chips and wanted to exchange 2 of them.
And the cashier immediately gave me negative attitude, and refused to exchange the chips. Even though I was willing to pay the difference. And instead of trying to problem solve, the cashier got more agitated, because I asked her to show me on the receipt about the policy that’s says no exchanges. ( So unprofessional, I did remind her that she works in a customer service job, and she needs to be more respectful)
If we’re hiring people who are born in another country , it needs to be requirement to learn respectful customer service. Otherwise give these minimum wage jobs to our youth who need them, they have a better sense of respectful human interaction!!!

I stopped at your Shell station to fill my tires and had a few simple questions regarding the process and potential charges. Unfortunately, the service I received was unacceptable:
The station attendant had no knowledge of how the process worked.
When I asked for her supervisor’s contact details, she refused and claimed it was “private.”
She then directed me to call the number posted on the air pressure station, which I did.
That service was equally unhelpful and an automated voice told me I would need to wait 48 hours.
This level of service is disappointing and frankly embarrassing for Shell as a brand. I expect much better from a company of your size and reputation.
I would like Shell management to respond and explain how such poor service is allowed to represent your company.

Last night sunday 31 aug I visited station and I need something emergency staff sahib such an irresponsible person was sleepy did not attend me properly he was very rude to me he wants me to go out as soon it is such bad service he don’t greeted me n not ask my loyalty cards give him proper training

It is my go to place, I enjoy a good slurpee and theirs are always is on point. Clean machines, always stocked, and the mix is great unlike others that have so much carbonation it’s like paying for a cup of air.
