Yesterday I was getting a diesel for my car at this gas station. I wasn't able to pay with a few credit cards at the station. Eventually, I was able to pay inside, which was inconvenient! The staff(a young girl, who was working at that time named Kaur, Harman was not helpful at all. She was so mean toward me, continuously repeating <<It's not my fault!!>> Just sarcastically smiling, not even trying to help!
When I was able to pay and was ready to get the fuel, I chose the wrong diesel instead of the correct one. Instead of helping me in a good manner, she picked the correct diesel while showing such a bad attitude, and telling me that I have to learn how to get the fuel for my car walking away and talking back to me. Excuse me, what customer service is that?? That was the first time I experienced this kind of attitude from customer service staff in Canada!! She is too young but so disrespectful!!
This kind of staff is not supposed to be working with customers, and getting paid for that!!
I was always buying fuel at this Gas station, but now I will go anywhere but not at this location anymore. I will be telling everyone to avoid your station as well! Soo disappointed..

Their new “policy” of having to order through a window at -35 with personnel that has no clue and let’s the customer just wait outside in the cold and continually getting the wrong product is ridiculous. And personnel is very unfriendly and not customer focused. Only one fellow is actually friendly and will great you when coming into the store. Avoid this place if you can, it will make you unhappy.

Opening at 6:00? The girl came to work only at 5:58, asked to wait a couple of minutes, but the wait was 13 minutes, and it was winter outside and it was -10 and people were also rushing to workin this case, you need to indicate the opening at 6:30thanks for your time

Can't even fill up with gas anymore without being bombarded with annoying repetitive ads blasting at different intervals at every pump.

Pumps always not working, sometimes not taking credit cards, sometimes not printing receipts, sometimes spending 15 min for 40L gas, and the worst is 175 dollar pre authorization for 0.1 L of gasoline, and the couple drops of gasoline were not even shot to the gas tank totally. With a 0 experience and rude employee, I’m sure this Shell location will do less and less business.

The staff there told me that i cannot use my air miles points when i pay cash on the counter he said that i can only use my air miles points on the pump common sense how can i pay cash on the pump
