Carwash here does not cleaned my car properly. Now i have to drive to COOP carwash and did cleaned my car better than this Shell Carwash. To the management, please do routine check on your carwash. It seems like the chemicals you were using were not that effective to clean cars..

If I can give no star at all, I would do that. I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Shell station on January 12, 2026, around 11 PM. The staff member on duty was exceptionally rude, accusing me of breaking the car wash simply because I had pulled up to use it. This was not only untrue but also quite humiliating, as he loudly announced to other customers, “she broke the car wash,” which felt deeply insulting and degrading.
I’ve always chosen Shell for my car washes, especially with my monthly pass, and I’ve never encountered such disrespectful behavior before. The staff member was argumentative and showed no regard for me as a customer. It’s clear that this individual needs training in basic customer service and manners.
I urge the franchisee to address this issue promptly. It’s disheartening to think about canceling my monthly subscription over such a negative experience. I hope they take my feedback seriously and work on improving staff conduct in the future.

Very poor car wash service. The car wash at this Shell station is almost always out of service, yet the entrance is left open. This forces customers to drive in and then reverse to get out, which is inconvenient and unsafe. Management should clearly close the access when the car wash is not working.

every friday we go here to fill up our company trucks and we spend almost 250$ evry trucks so we’re not asking too much but sometimes while filling up our vehicles thats the only time or spare times that we clean our windows and side mirrors not just us company.other persons too i mean atleast fill up the windshield wiper or put some paper towel like other stations do
thanks hopefully we get an answer for this i mean shell its one of the biggest gas stations worldwide

Closest shell from where I live. Carwash is ALWAYS out of order, but when operational, doesn't really clean my cars very well. If you need a good carwash from shell use the one in Macleod near CF Chinook.

Sometimes gas here can be one of the cheapest in Calgary. Especially if you have additional discounts. And coffee is not the worst.

Shell is the best gas bar in Canada for tip rated fuel. Various locations also sell high octane 94 which is nice clean fuel for racing. Shell is the best for quality and discounts for AMA & Air Miles members

Just went here less than half an hour ago to get gas. I didn’t have my physical debit card with me so I was buzzing multiple times and waited quite a bit for the attendant. No one came to check. Clearly there’s someone there as there is a vehicle in front of the store. Smh.

I get gas here every couple weeks with my air miles, it's never been an issue until today. They refused to honor the Air miles agreement. They use to be friendly and a great place to go. Not anymore. Avoid this place if you're using Air Miles. Or try it yourself.But remember, if they don't take them, they don't give them.
So, I went today, the day after after being promised that yes indeed, they do take Airmiles. Except this time I was told that she would not put the $40 using Airmiles, it was too much $. I have the points.
Avoid this place! If you're an air miles collector.
