Very disappointed with all shell locations! Will not be using them again since they aren't open to the public after say 11pm. So if your out working on the roads at night you can't stop in for a washroom break quick! Should give options for 0 stars

Store is nice. However, the toilet paper in the toilet paper dispenser appears to be on a roll made of toilet paper. It is difficult to get the toilet paper out.Hmm.

On December 20, after work, I stopped by this gas station to fill up. At first, a girl named Komaldeep refused to drive me, saying that there was no change. I succeeded on the second try. Komaldeep was furious. She rudely returned the money to me, didn’t give me my check and didn’t ask if I needed it, she just threw it in the trash. I was very upset, but thanked the girl and left (the girl simply ignored me and did not wish me a good evening). I only refuel at Shell, and I don’t want to change the gas station, but if this continues, I will be forced... Please pay attention to the staff, and specifically to the girl Komaldeep. I hope this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for your attention. I respect you

We came for gas and we had only cash but they don’t have change for $100. That’s so strange it’s holiday season and they dnt have change. I never experienced such thing till date.

I might give this gas station zero star.. i just came for gas and had bill and obviously need gas and the girl refused to give service for gas because she don't have cash she didnot ask anything else further just said no she don't have cash.. what a disgusting service it is.. as a gas station manager I never had this experience in our station.. waooooo guys

I actively avoid Shell stations now, due to the loud video ads they play at the pumps. We already pay so much for fuel; must you forcefeed us ads at the same time? Let me pump my fuel in peace.

Car wash is pretty innefective. Not sure if it was just when I went at 8am but there was very low water pressure. One of the wash arms only had enough water pressure to wet my car so half of my car looks dirtier than the other.Filled up with gas prior to this, which was a fine experience. Payed at the pump which was well maintained. Will return but only for gas.

Great place if your looking to have your money stolen. Bought some vuse products and after getting to work realized they were nicotine free. After my shift I went back and tried to get an exchange or refund and was told they can’t do that with nicotine product. I understand they don’t make the rules but sell me the right thing the first time or inform me of the policy before I leave the store. Now stuck with $50 of useless garbage.

Gas station is nothing special. Touchless car wash here is better than others with brushes that creates scratch marks. Pre-wash vanished today, soap and triple foam was put directly on lot of dirt on my car - not acceptable. Service surely needs to improve, attendant struggles even to find balance on my car wash card.

Worst touchless car was in calgary. Paid for a ultimate wash. Drove in, side washers didnt activate. It just piled on different cleaning solutions on top of each other like a loaded hotdog with no rinse in between different cleaning agents. Still had lots of dirt/salt and grime on my vehicle.

Gas was considerably higher than others in the area $1.349 when Husky was at $1.189 and most were at $1.249The touchscreen was not very responsive even though it was +2° C and I was not wearing gloves

Slush machine sprayed out slush and got all over my kids shirt and jacket; not a single napkin to be found in the entire place. I was offered a ripped off piece of paper towel and no apology.
