  Probably the worst shell in the city - jacked up gas prices & the customer service is horrible. Don’t bother cashing in lottery tickets here as they never have enough cash & make up some excuse that’s it’s too “early”, I went in at NOON on a Sunday and was told it’s too early for too much cash. Like what?! & then had bills tossed at me. You are a LOTTO RETAILER - you have to have enough cash in the store. The people who work here act like it’s coming out of their paycheque. Cheaper gas at other stations & way better service. Place is a dump

  Top notch, high quality fuel. The V power premium fuel (93) is potent.

  The cash attendant was rude, and condescending. I called them out on the behaviour, and how they kept raising their voice as our conversation went on. They stated that was just voice. Tone, manners and how you present yourselves goes a long way in customer service. This was not a great experience, will not be coming back.

  The cashier left for 30 minutes. Was it diarrhea or not... I don't know, but I couldn't full up for 30 minutes because the machine wasn't working! My tank was full empty. I couldn't go to the other place to fuel!

  The mechanic helped us out when he didn’t have to… our license plate was stuck on after we sold it, and the mechanic had no issues taking it off. Didn’t want any money either but we gave him some cause he did a great job being careful taking the bolts off! If you need anything go here they will take care of you!

  They stole my money!I try not to leave negative reviews but I am extremely frustrated with this shell location. On October 13th I tried to gas up in the evening (it was dark and cold, I didn’t realize they were closed). The pump didn’t say closed + accepted my money, but didn’t give me any fuel. BUT it didn’t get refunded to my card! I called the station the very next day and they said there was nothing they could do. They said I could wait for an automatic refund or I would have to contact my back. So I contacted my bank the next Monday and filled a charge dispute — still nothing. My bank has not heard back from shell about this dispute. The station was closed and I made a silly mistake — please respond to my banks request and refund my $100.

  I got an email from Airmiles which said if I redeem 95 miles and got over 40 litres I would get 10 dollars off before June 30th. I was at the pump No 1, it never popped up the menus and asked you how much you would like to redeem from my Airmiles, so I had no way to get the 10 dollar discount Airmiles promised. I told Shell about the issue and I got the response: we can’t do anything about it! I felt disappointed.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Hours of operation for a gas station is awful. I walked in right at 10 pm and immediately was told that the pumps are off, I said I just wanted to buy a juice then and was told no even though they clearly weren’t fully closed yet. Seems like the a very lazy ran place where they could care less about making any sort of money. I will avoid this place for any purchase from now on, if I had no where else to go any I was on an empty tank I’d still avoid this place. Awful.
