Absolute worse customer service.
Went to put air in my tires, things frozen won’t work and they wouldn’t give me back my money.
Further when I went into look at the food .. 7 dollars for a sandwich that isn’t even remotely good. The guy didn’t even come into the store to assist me so I walk out.
Refuses to put an out of order sign on the air pump so don’t go use it you’ll lose your money. Better use at Tim’s for coffee

High prices always, and the gas station itself has touchscreen but the receipts are always faded which is terrible because the amount is hard to make out

Absolute worst gas station. Absurd hours that seem to deviate from what is posted. Tap to pay often has issues. When closed (or employees just decide to go home) their pumps stay on and can be activated but don’t fill, which costs a ton of time to close back out. Bizarre policies with not accepting cash. The poorly trained staff, when they manage to be at the front counter, just stare at you with dead, clueless eyes while refusing to take your money. Please sell this ideal physical location to a competent operator.

if I could give this location a 0 star I would. Shell would be shamed on how this business is run.the staff is never there. you should close this location and give it to a company who cares more about their establishment. a nice Petro Canada.

I went to this gas station at 4 AM in a chilly and cold morning to fuel up. But I got surprised all of their fuel pumps were out of order.

Had a late night shift and needed a place nearby to fill up as I was urgently low on gas. The pumps did not have anything on their on-screen displays suggesting they were closed for the night and went through payment a couple times without dispensing any gas before cluing in that they were closed for the night.Given that Shell has recently upgraded their pumps to blast their incessant ads, you'd think they'd be programed to display some sort of message saying the pumps are closed.

2 pm on a Saturday, 5 people waiting outside for well over 10 minutes outside the store while your "employee" has a sign saying back in 2 minutes, if there was 0 stars that would be the rating

Terrible gas station, drinks are warm cause too cheap to turn on the fridges, air hose has a hole in it so you pay $2 to get 20 psi worth of air, everything about this place is terrible drive the extra 3 minutes to heritage

The worst gas station ever!! Really poor customer service!! I went at the cash register to buy gas and the guy mispunched the amount of what I paid for. He told me that I paid a different amount, and we checked the receipt, so it turns out I was right. He told me the nozzle was wrong and I need to fix it, he told my car couldn’t accept more gas cuz it’s full and that’s not even true. He couldn’t admit that he punched it wrong. I will never come back at this place ever again.
