Went there specifically for the car wash. The car wash didn't work very well. The sprays were broken the rinse didn't completely rinse the soap off of my truck and the dryers didn't work well either. Would not recommend.

Great place to wash your car. Touch less car wash . It closes at 11.00pm which is a little disappointing.

This rating is for their car wash only. The quality of the wash is consistently terrible. I have a monthly subscription so I never let my car get too dirty. Every time I run my car through their Ultimate wash, the results are always unacceptable. The pictures here speak for themselves. I reported them to Shell Canada on a number of occasions unfortunately there was zero improvement.

AVOID. They didn't honor my car wash code. I purchased 2 and got 1 free. The last 'free' code didn't work. I had to hold up entire car line behind me and run in to try and resolve. They said it was already used. It wasn't. They didn't care and so I had to pay out of pocket for a whole new car wash code.

Similar to other reviews.... Waited 45 minutes in line for a car wash. The app did not work and had to manually produce code. This wash is very old and not well maintained. There is rust around doors and parts inside. The wash seems to also not run well and takes very long with pauses in-between phases of the wash.
The wash does a terrible job. I paid for Ultimate+ and it did not clean my not-so-dirty car at all.
Save yourself the time and money and avoid this wash.

Day time lady casher in this shell convenience store is not kind. I don't expect too much quality service from this kind of store. The lady cashier's service mind is too poor.

I had purchased a pack of car wash. I used one but unfortunately lost the reciept before using the remaining two washes. Went to the receptionist who told me nothing can be done about it . I understand it's partially my fault for not saving the codes, but something at least one wash could have been compensated since I had the same CC from which it was purchased.
