  A great Car wash place. Very friendly staff. Always helpful. Does an excellent car wash and worth every penny. They have many car wash Bays so never have to wait long.

  Too bad I can't give zero star. This happened in July 2025. I bought a car wash card years ago at this Shell car wash. When I purchased it, it said the card has no expiration. And years later, when I go back to use it, the employee said they changed the system and won't honour it anymore! This is false advertisement. when I asked to speak to the manager, she said she is the manager, and then when I asked to talk to her manager, she said she is the boss. And then I asked to talk to the owner, then she said she is the owner!! She is an indian girl in her twenties doing cashier, and she said her name is Muskanjot. I seriously doubt she is the owner of the Shell car wash and the Shell gas station. I have no way to verify that but I got a receipt to write down her name right away. Anyways, now my 100 minutes car wash card is useless, but that's not the worst part. The worst part is the customer service this employee provided. So rude and so mean and so disrespectful. I didn't have time to write the review at that time but today I saw this car wash car on my table so I need to write this to warn people not to purchase any cards from this place or better stay away!

  Came at 10:10, wouldn't take any of my cards. Eventually got one working, only to find out they were out of 93. I then tried to put in 91, where it slowly filled $0.26 cents over a 30 second period before not letting me pump anymore. Don’t come here if you need gas late at night

  I was there just few minutes ago, the girl working there is very rude honestly, if u don’t wanna work, then just don’t. Doing only disservice to that place by being there..

  The manager, “Muskjal” (sp?), showed a complete lack of customer service. Each token gives 4 minutes of wash time. Because they switched to shorter foam brush tubes, the brush couldn’t reach the back of my truck as it USED to for many months. Turning my truck around would have wasted the minutes I had already paid for, so I asked for another token. She refused, blamed the service company, and only after I argued and explained did she reluctantly offer 3 minutes instead of the full 4 (why?). I even tried to show her the problem, but she was reluctant to even look—showing zero care for her workplace or customers. She then cut my three minutes short while I was finishing. Incompetent, illogical, and unacceptable. I used to spend $12 here every week for cleaning my truck, plus filling my work truck and personal truck with gas, but because of her unwillingness to understand, reluctance and attitude, I won’t be returning.
  This is not about the extra minute or the token, it's the principle. Learn that and you understand how good business works.

  I was at the shell crowfoot location this morning and have used this gas station 100’s of times. I needed to fill my tire with air and after filling it ($2.50) I walked around to the store and threw away a drink tray and recycled 2 pop cans. As I was entering the store to buy a beverage the employee came out and yelled at me saying the garbage was for customers only. I explained and she said “paying customers only”. When I asked for her managers contact she refused and I instead bought a drink from Wendy’s. hard to believe this.

  Went to go wash my car this morning and found out that the machines were not accepting credit card payment. Went inside to talk to the gas station attendant and she said I would need to estimate the amount of time I would need and then prepay. I said this did not work as it would result in me making several trips inside to prepay as I won’t know how long it will take to wash my vehicle. I suggested that she record the start time and I come back in and take the end time and pay for the amount of time I used. I even noted that I would leave my drivers license or my cell phone as collateral while I went to wash the vehicle. This was not acceptable to the gas station attendant. Needless to say, this was a very frustrating experience when the gas station attendant could not think or operate the gas station a commercial manner. I ended up not using the washbay and went elsewhere. I will never go back to this gas station again.
  
  I also noticed that when I was there on what should have been a busy Saturday morning (the weather was beautiful) it was completely empty. I also noticed that when I went to look at the reviews for this particular gas station that there is an inordinate number of extremely bad reviews for this location. I was also surprised by the number of bad reviews relating to the washbays and that the credit card payment system appears to have been not working for several months and what should’ve been a fairly easy fix to get these machines up and running again. I also noticed that Shell customer service seems to be responding to these bad reviews and I really hope that Shell takes a look and gets this fixed immediately. Also, if this is what I assume is a franchised location with a franchise owner, they should consider penalizing or canceling the franchise contract and putting in a new owner here as there appears to have been a pattern of not getting this gas station facilities fixed in a reasonable period of time. This is a decent location for a gas station, the wash bays are nice and large and this place should be much busier than it is.

  Advertised price on the sign 113.9. June 4, 2025. Gasboy app also stating 113.9 all day, When I filled up the pump was showing 134.9. I needed the fuel so filled up regardless. Keep an eye on this place, seems to be a little shady advertising tactics going on.

  If you want an expired snack at ten times the price of anywhere else, this is your place. Also, the staff need to start wearing deodorant.

  Wash bay was abysmal, I cannot comment how it worked because none of the car wash bay tap to pay were working. I go to fill up gas after and we just had a 25° + change in temperature therefore it was slushy and wet. Went to use the squeegee and no washer fluid. Finished pumping gas no receipt. Went inside asked for a receipt and let the attended know about the car wash and machine, that worker does not get paid enough to deal with those problems. Fix. Your car wash, keep your washer fluid and squeegee in good service. 1/10 because the gas pumped and no annoying tv screens pumping out ads.
