Stay away from this place. I went through this Shell car wash yesterday and the machine metal part hit my car’s side mirror and broke it. After the wash, I went inside to report it. The cashier took all my details in a diary and said the manager would contact me today. I asked for the CCTV footage and was told they don’t provide that and to speak with the manager. I asked for an email to send a written complaint, and they said they don’t have one/wouldn’t provide it.
I waited all day for a call—no one contacted me. When I called, I was told the manager wasn’t there. I’m now stuck with a broken mirror and zero follow-up. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable customer service.
I will be contacting Shell corporate and pursuing this matter further. Photos attached. Would not recommend this car wash.

CUSTOMER BEWARE: THEIR CAR WASH IS BROKEN AND WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!
moreover the rude cashier will sell you a car wash without telling you that their pre-wash and driers are broken and has been broken for the last two months. Poor service, sketchy gas station with sketchier individuals working there. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere like Co-op. My car is ruined, thank you.

I went to this Shell today and bought $9.42 worth of products in store. I paid with apple pay and got the approved message on the screen. When I was just about to leave the cashier called me back and said the transaction did not go through. I pointed out that the screen said approved, but she disagreed and insisted that I pay again. She never showed my a debit receipt that said not approved. I checked my bank app after and found two transactions had happened. I went back in and was told to call the 1800 number on the receipt if the money didn't automatically reappear in my bank after 3 business days.
I tried to call the number on the receipt and they are closed for the weekend. I did have success with my bank as I disputed it with them. I will be following up with the manager of the shell as well as the better business bureau.
I find it hard to believe that a cashier isn't able to provide evidence of transactions or being able to do a refund.
Never going back!

Purchased a lottery scratched card. The attendant was rude and unhelpful and my winning card no longer was able to be read my the machines.

Online price you’re showing for regular 1.26$ but at location it’s 1.32$ , I reported to staff, they said we can’t do anything. Who’s responsible for this?

Negative 100 for this stupid location. Did 1st time car wash hear broke my car light , did claim, and their stupid insurance company says it might be loose, don't bring your valuable cars to this location, they are scamers , when I gave details they had full list of claims there, guess what they damage your car and don't pay, Stay away from this car wash...

The cashier tried to steal my lottery ticket!
Bought gas and a $10 classic pack from the store and when I left the store I noticed she only gave me a $6 ticket, went back to the cashier and she pretended to look for it around the desk. Turns out she did not even print the second ticket. If you are the store management reading this, feel free to check your camera.

This is one of the worst service stations in the Shell network. Truck was stuck in the car wash after it fell off track in a car wash that looks like it is in High need of maintenance.
Staff were ignorant and took no responsibility. Smug and untrained. The Territory Manager for this station needs to close this damaging car wash immediately and deal with poor customer service. I will never return to this horrible station.

very bad experience the customer service, the staff , The service girl at the gas station are arrogant and rude, unprofessional, and can't explain well. recommended that residents nearby and others will never go there to refuel. It's a waste of money to buy discomfort.

I came here to get gas, Gas had never came out I came back in he told me I had to pay again, so at this point my card was charged twice. He had told me I will receive my money back on my card, nothing. I called back the next day I was telling her what had happen she told me “can you call back later I have a line” I call back 10 minutes later she told me she can’t help me and to call the number on the receipt. She had told me they don’t do refunds?! Very unprofessional people.

If you're looking for customer service and a car wash that actually works, keep driving because you won't find either here. The car wash does not work, and they refused to give our money back. The girl behind the counter then had the audacity to ask if we knew how to use the car wash. A terrible experience all around.
