Shouldn’t single out your customers. I don’t care if you have big account's. Everyone should be treated equally. If I was the owner of SW I wouldn’t have a manager running a store like this he wouldn’t last running any other big corporation like this. My last time purchasing anything from this store. You can keep your big companies filling your pockets. I’ll give the competitors down the street my business.
Clearly the reviews from 3 months is from the cockiness store manager.

Terrible customer service do NOT shop here. My wife went in to buy a gallon of paint for some cabinets and asked about options or what they would recommend. Their response was “it’s up to you” and then proceeded to mix her the most expensive gallon of paint without even asking or explaining her options. Then charged her $30 more than what was listed on the website. When she called to confirm the pricing of the gallon of paint the employee agreed that she was overcharged and could come in for a refund. She went in the day after and they said they would not refund her and she was charged the right amount and that the employee must have been looking at the American site. That was it. So disappointed in this lack of customer service.

Went in to pick up an order that was placed. Got there, paid and they brought out the wrong paint. Had to get that sorted, which was a pain. Paid and left. Company now got a bill to pay again. ?
People there aren't very professional at all and really, don't seem to have much of a clue on what's going on in their own business.

I may be biased because I’m a big fan of Sherwin-Williams and every single person that I have dealt with in Calgary and the surrounding areas. From dealing with Jason, Amanda and Amish for years at 130th and now Jeremy Sumner as our sales rep and Robin in Okotoks our experience has been top notch and hard to match.
The other day I purchased a gallon of xylene from this store. The product seemed to be contaminated as there was a small puncture in the cap. Never have I had an issue with thinner. It reacted to our product quickly so I mixed another batch with new product assuming it was on our end. Same issue. I went back the next day not expecting anything but more so wanting to let the store know about this. Again never seen this happen before. Our product is extremely sensitive to moisture so I assumed that’s what it may have been.
I gave a brief explanation to the lady there (forget her name) I assume she’s the manager. With no hesitation she refunded the product back AND helped us out on new product to make up for the wasted coatings. This was not expected but was greatly appreciated. I will continue to recommend sherwin to every homeowner, landlord or contractor I come by. The consistency across every store is outstanding. Other businesses should take note.

Literally, 2 out of every 3 trips to this store, they are out of stock on what they previously sold me, and I have to make a trip to a different store to get what I need.

The gentleman working was extremely knowledgeable and helped me look into specifics about a satin epoxy I wanted to purchase as a base for a mural going onto metal. His knowledge and help made things easy for me and the mural looks amazing!

Needed some wood stain matching for cupboards in an RV. Was recommended by a friend to see Denise at this location. Denise did an excellent job of creating a custom stain to match perfectly what we needed. She has a keen eye for colour. This was just a small job for a private customer as opposed to a large commercial contract customer, but Denise went the extra mile to provide excellent service. Very impressed.
