went in today and have never felt more ignored as if i could not afford what was in the store. it was like a moment out of pretty women. fyi this is no way to treat people that had they been treated better would have bought shoes. in this economy being a one off store with at best basic pieces you should treat people better on arrival. i will be sure to tell everyone this story and fyi your product can be found online and at other stores such as sole to sole. so it is not unique or special. and your snobby obnoxious attitude is a display of someone who clearly does not know how to read the crowd or give a guest experience.

Had an excellent experience. After having several surgeries on my ankle which drastically changed the width of my foot and ankle, I was beginning to feel so defeated in finding shoes that didn't make me look like a senior. Ended up leaving with 5 pairs of shoes. The sales lady was awesome she kept bringing shoes that she thought could fit and look good. So happy, I will definitely be a return customer!

Very, very rude staff! I patiently waited for the salesperson to return with the shoes I wanted to try on, but she never came back! She left the store and went to get food. I asked the second salesperson where are the shoes I requested to try and she looked at me with a blank. She did not even acknowledge me as I waited. Both staff members had the attitude of "I don't care." This is not the first time to the store, I have experienced the same cold, not willing to help attitude before.

Shoe Muse is an absolutely beautiful shoe store with the nicest staff ever, who are always courtesy and putting forth extra effort to assist their valued customers any way they can. The store owners are also very giving, community oriented, and philanthropic, which I really admire. I know this first hand as Shoe Muse is a very proud sponsor of The Owen Hart Foundation. Shoe Muse shoes are not just shoes they are "Shoe Art"! These wonderful shoes are lovely to look at, comfortable to wear, and are very reasonably priced. I love their shoes and I love to wear them whenever I can. Thank you Shoe Muse for your continued kindness and for bringing such spectacular original footwear designs to Calgary! You're the best!

I’ve travelled all over Europe and found nicer shoes for much cheaper. Not only are they overpriced but the lady working there showed no interest in acknowledging my sisters, Mom and I when we arrived. It felt like she thought we were beneath her. Not sure how they stay in business treating people that way.

Fantastic store! This is by far my favourite shoe store. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Phillip knows what I like and always find the perfect fitting shoes for me. As a small business owner I appreciate this kind of service.

My experience was terrible today my sister and I were in the store this morning and there were 2 people working neither of them could acknowledge us. Finally the man said I assume your ok there was a lady at the till said nothing to us we went from the front to the back of the store with them not even batting an eye. We will never be back
