I have had my new orthotic insoles for my work boots for a couple months now, and these are far and away the best I have ever used. I spend 12 hours a day on my feet on concrete so full of rebar a magnet sticks to it, and for the first time do not experience foot pain at the end of the week. Thank you Ryan, these are indeed the best insoles I've ever had.

Came in with no real problems but to get orthotics to help prevent any developing injuries to keep up with being competitive in my usual sports. Shop itself is simple and minimal so did not know what to expect, but I honestly do not think I have ever met anyone as passionate and excited about their job than Ryan and I loved every minute of my assessment and the results of the orthotics made for me. Super knowledgable and works with the budget given to make the most bang for your buck recommendations. Does not push or oversell anything and does his best to know what your needs are and makes sure that you are key to making whatever final decision you make with the orthotic. Cannot recommend enough

Had my custom orthotics made here. There were some initial fitment issues but those were addressed on a return visit and now my orthotics fit my shoes perfectly! Staff our courteous and professional, and the quality of product is excellent.

Chose to visit Shoe Solutions because they offered "modifications" and my orthotic was rubbing my arch. My old Pedorthist had left town, so I needed help from someone new. Lowell Jordan, the Pedorthist here was wonderful! He fixed me up; and my foot feels so much better. I highly recommend!

I have flat feet and uneven legs which could only be addressed by custom orthotics. Shoe Solutions was a top search result and the products I've bought, both premade and custom, are of very high quality and has significantly improved my quality of life. I can finally be on my feet for an extended period of time and stand on both legs evenly without pain! :D
Lowell and his assistant are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Any questions were welcomed. Every part of the consultation process was easy to understand and follow along. Concerns that I would not have known about were addressed proactively; in my case, slipping out of a running shoe due to my custom insole's heel height difference.
Both premade and custom products can be submitted for insurance claims (depending on your provider). Lowell provided detailed reports and receipts as soon as my purchase was made.
I would happily recommend this place's products and services to anyone. Would also shop here again in the future!

I went in to get some decent shoes that arent just a pair of nikes for walking around Europe. Kyle went above and beyond with me. He 3D scanned my foot (For Free) and got me the best fitting shoe I've ever put on my feet. My feet and knees have never felt better, im never taking off my Hoka's. Go see Kyle if you care about your feet people!

So glad I decided to get my custom orthotics from Shoe Solutions. I have been wearing my orthotics since august and I no longer have anymore pain that I really wanted to get rid off. I highly recommend this place for custom orthotics and especially Lowell having so much knowledge and making sure my new one didn’t cause me any problems as my old orthotics. I appreciated that he took his time and listened to my foot issues and is able to find the cause of why my older orthotics wasn’t working for me. Thanks Lowell and your team!
