The ladies in the beauty section are very rude. Today I went in to look at some makeup for Christmas, and was rudely told that I wasn’t supposed to be back there due to “construction”. There were no signs indicating that I couldn’t enter, and it wasn’t barricaded at all. She treated me as if I came in as if it was barricaded. I’ve came here before as well and haven't had to best service with these ladies before, they are all very rude. Same with the pharmacy people, but im not going to get into that. This stores employees are very unprofessional and unpleasant to be around. I don’t like coming to this shoppers at all.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received at your pharmacy. On November 12, 2023, I visited the store to pick up my prescription and, during my visit, inquired about blood sugar test strips.Regrettably, I had a less-than-pleasant interaction with a pharmacist named Julie. As a customer, I believe it is my right to inquire about products and services, especially when they may be related to my health benefits. However, Julie responded with an attitude that made me feel uncomfortable, as if my question was unwarranted.I believe that customer interactions should be handled with courtesy and respect. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, which undoubtedly contributes to the negative reputation that this pharmacy and location seem to have.I sincerely hope that you address this matter promptly to ensure that other customers do not have similar experiences. Courtesy and positive communication are crucial in any customer-facing role.Caution: Consider Alternatives to This Location...!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to thank Amy who is the beauty expert working at this location on September 9, 2023 for her help. I rushed in looking for a new foundation when the one I had put in my travel bag seemed to show every fine line on my skin. I had a wedding to attend in 1 and a half hours!!! Anna showed me a more moisturizing foundation with the correct color for my skin. When I told her I was going to a wedding, she wasn't going to let me leave the store until she gave me a mini makeover! She made me glow and I felt great! Anna is the sweetest and an expert in her field. I wished I lived in Calgary to get beauty tips from her. I have to give thanks to Val who noticed I was purchasing a lancome foundation and night cream, that I qualified to buy the Lancome Beauty Kit for $125 with products worth $750. Anna said I came at a good time because it was redemption weekend! Had the best experience with these two ladies! Thank you both for your help!

Others have complained about the pharmacy but I’ve never experienced any issues. When I switched to a new drug the pharmacist was very kind and helpful with teaching me how to administer it. Mazen has also been very helpful with answering some questions I had with by benefits plan.

Worst pharmacy ever...Slow, don't update the meds on health link, and I requested a transfer for my vaccine from another location and they never got this done. Definitely regulators should investigate and look into their process and act accordingly.

Horrible customer service at 1pm on August 24th !!!! We had some coins that we wanted to use to pay for our grocery. The lady at the payment counter refused to accept them stating that I have too many coins in my till I can’t accept anymore. This is disrespectful to Canadian money. She was very adamant and said she has every right to refuse. Canadian banks can’t refuse coins but Shopper’s Drug Mart can.

Worst service as a pharmacy. Always get prescriptions wrong or late. Very slow service. Sometimes you wait in front of line for hours before someone helps you and many employees standing around. Been given wrong dosages and prescriptions many times. Could have been killed. Also will get a text my prescriptions are ready after I called them in and when oh we there they have no clue. And they not ready. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone even an enemy. Wish I could switch but only late pharmacy around home.

I went to the pharmacy to pick up some allergy medication as they were acting up pretty bad, since I was there I figured I would also refill my other medications. I was "helped" or more like not helped by a someone named Massen? Or something like that.He was extremely rude and very short when conversating. As someone that also works in front line customer service, I couldn't believe his attitude towards a customer. I had to walk away.He has absolutely zero patience. He should not be working with customers especially when dealing with sensitive matters like your medications.I will now be making the longer drive and going to Creekside shoppers.

Worst pharmacy anyone can deal with. My son is not well so my doctor send his prescription and called me to inform that they have your prescription and should be ready for pickup, so I went to this place and there everyone is lost they have no idea where to look for it and ask me to talk to my doctor to resend the prescription. Are you kidding me ? No idea how they passed their exam and got in this place

I went to exchange a leaking perfume (I thought it was defective) I bought from shoppers and the ladies looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to exchange it. They wiped all the liquid from the bottle rim and said "It looks fine to me, maybe it's just some that comes out when you spray". There shouldn't be any perfume that leaks out when you spray. Mind you, it's not a small amount that comes out as well. It's enough that you can clearly see it pooling on the side of the bottle. But they eventually exchanged the bottle for me.I came home and opened the new bottle and it did the same thing. At this point, I just wanted to return it and get my money back. I went back and another lady came to the counter to help me. When I told her this bottle is leaking too, though I only sprayed it once, she rolled her eyes at me. She saw the bottle and all the liquid on the rim but was visually annoyed that I wanted to return it. The ladies said "We've never had someone return this brand before" to which I replied, "I've never had a perfume leak like that before ...".I got my refund but the interaction was unpleasant. They looked at me like they were personally paying me back. If more than one bottle is leaking, then it's an issue with that company and its bottles. As a consumer that is paying a good amount for a perfume, I don't want half my perfume to leak out on the rim. It's a very reasonable requirement when you make a big purchase. The ladies at Shoppers gave me my refund but their attitudes were nasty and unpleasant, especially the lady who rolled her eyes at me.

We went to this Shoppers knowing it had a decent selection of perfumes. It was supposed to be a fun experience for my teenage girls. It was not. The representative watched us like we were going to steal something, repeatedly asked for the coffee back (that we had to request and we were the only customers in the area), and rudely said to one of the girls "can I help you?" when she touched/looked at something that was "not for sale" even though it was on the sales floor. We bought a perfume and did not receive a single tester. The woman ahead of us did and she spent a fraction of what our purchase was. Smh... customer service was not this woman's strong suit. Thanks for ruining a special experience.

Zero rating. Absolutely, and hands down - the worst customer service I have ever encountered in any cosmetics department store - or ANY store for that matter…The cosmetic ladies are all extremely rude.I have never had a bad experience at my preferred Shopper’s location (not Country Hills!), for over 20 years with different gals and they are always happy to see you again and help with any questions and mention new product lines or other brands that they have a GREAT knowledge-base on. It’s also very apparent that they all like their job. Very pleasant and also take a lot of pride in being able to help people.Not at this place! (Country Hills). It’s like you’re wasting their work time and interrupting by asking for help in the middle of their little personal chitchats before they notice you. I only stopped in there twice because I had appointments in the location area. Never again! It’s very apparent that they all hate their job (in my personal opinion), and they should all also retire. Miserable and disrespectful on top of it. Avoid and go to a different location or other store where you will be treated respectfully and leave a happy and satisfied paying customer after spending over $250.

If I could I would rate 0 stars!! I’ve came here on several occasions and have used all their services including post office and pharmacy and aside from a few staff at the pharmacy every single associate in this establishment is unfriendly, unhelpful and incompetent. Even though this is the most convenient location for me to visit I will be going out of my way to go to another shoppers from now on. The final straw was today when they refused my 3 year old daughter to use their washroom. We were asked to go to the Tim Hortons despite me having to wait at their store for 45 minutes for my sick daughters prescription and me having another baby with me. Absolutely horrible way to treat a mother and her kids on Mother’s Day smh

Currently only accepting cash!! I thought as a good customer I should advice them to put notice on the front door to advice people, so no one waste their time. Not everyone carries cash theses day! Manager was bit #rude!! As of how come I have advised her and why I asked the items should given out free!! Kindly be more #customerobsessed #shopperdrugmart
