Today (September 15, 2023) at around 1.45 PM, I stopped in at the Creekside Shoppers Drug Mart to buy some gum and some Tilex. I couldn't find the Tilex, nor could I see any Shoppers employees nearby to ask for help (which, I find, is common at this location). So, I went up front to ask the woman at the main till if she could check in their system to see whether or not this location carries Tilex.She asked me, "What is that for?" I said, "For cleaning showers." She said, "No, I can't look it up." That's all she said. ??? I found that perplexing. I know, at London Drugs, any person at any till has access to the company's inventory system and can check to see if they carry something, how much of it they have in stock (if any), and whether or not there is a back-order being shipped soon. Never a problem there. But this woman just said, "No, I can't look it up," without any further explanation as to WHY she couldn't look it up (e.g., we don't have access to the inventory system in our computers).She said she would find someone to help me, so I followed her across the store, looking down aisles, to see if there was another employee around to help. Of course, there was not. (Do all your employees take their breaks at the same time??? Or do you just neglect to schedule more than two people at one time???)Anyway, all of a sudden, the Cosmetics employee walked up to us with another customer. She said to her coworker, "My till isn't working. Can you help me do this return?" And the woman from the front till just started walking away from me with her and her customer, just leaving me standing there! I was shocked!So, I laughed out loud and said, "Wow! Thanks for your help!" and I walked down the aisle, back to the place where I thought the Tilex might be, and I looked again. After a couple minutes, I found it on my own without any help because there was NO ONE around to help me.I grabbed the Tilex, the gum I wanted, and went to the self checkout because, clearly, I will get more help from a computer than a person at this store. As I was at the self-checkout, the two Shoppers employees and that customer were up at the front till, still doing her return. I heard the Cosmetics employee laugh and say, "Well, it's not my fault." So, I looked over at her with a glare. To which she said, "I wasn't talking about you. I was talking about my till. I'm not having a good day." I said, "Well, your day might get a little worse, because I'm going to write a Google review about this.I have worked in retail for many years. As a matter of fact, in addition to doing morning crew (inventory) duties, I have also worked at the front till for much of my retail career. I know your jobs are not easy, believe me. HOWEVER, here is some advice for you that I hope you will take very seriously, because your treatment of me today was absurd and inexcusable:1. To the woman at the front till: If you cannot help someone, don't just say, "I can't help you." Explain WHY you can't help. For example, "I don't have access to inventory at my till, and I'm not allowed to leave the front desk. So, let me call someone else for you right away." Then call the other person over the loudspeaker or your headset. Simple.2. Also to the woman at the front till: You don't just WALK AWAY from a customer you were helping, just because you were distracted by someone else. You should have told your coworker, "I'll be happy to help you just as soon as I finish helping this customer. Please go wait for me at my till. I should only be a couple of minutes."3. To the Cosmetics employee: You don't just walk up to your coworker, interrupt her discussion with another customer, and then pull her away from that customer. You ask, "Excuse me, can I interrupt for a minute?" or "Can you come see me when you're done with this customer?"I hope you learn to provide b

Yesterday on 31 Aug, 2023, I made a purchase of $63/- by using my PC Optimum card as I was having an offer of free $10/- gift card with the purchase of $50/-.or more. Cashier refused gift card of $10/- and told that they are not having any more gift card. Very bad on the part of loblaw as their franchises are not honoring their commitments and loblaw makes false promises to promote the sales.

I try to return an unopened shaver blade.Manager said I can't return the item. Because it's a hygiene product.Manager is so rude. He didn't even try to look at the item.Manager is like Angry bird. This is my 2nd bad experience with this guy. Don't go to this store!!!

Scot is the cashier manager and provided terrible customer service. I had a brace that I bought for my son and didn’t even open the box but it was the wrong item. I took it to another shoppers drug Mart and he proceeds to tell me he can’t take it. I said that the store that I bought it from said I could return to any Shoppers Drug Mart. So he says I will try to put it in the system but can’t promise anything as it may crash the system. He then says “Oh it’s your lucky day” I will except it. No apologies no explanation. Scot might be in need of another customer service orientation and based on the reviews of the store might need to also relay that to the rest of his staff.

At 5 PM 19th of JuneThis drug store doesn't monitor quality of service at all.The lady pharmacist screws up with every patience and this store doesn't do anything to improve.Business should go down to give them lessons.

I Normally don't leave reviews on pharmacy cause it is too simple. but here is extra ordinary worse than others. They just don't know what medicine is for. All they can say 'Go to doctor get new prescription'. I brought same prescription to coop pharmacy which is just beside of it and all went fine.

I went to this Shoppers for my prescriptions for over 2 years, until I had enough of there mistakes. I told them I'm on blood thinners for life and if they could have my blood thinner in stock each month. Over 5 times they didn't have it in stock and that's there job as a pharmacist. There was shortages on the generic brand, so I asked them to switch to name brand. I would get texts about my prescriptions for pick up and go and they would have my other prescriptions ready, but make some excuse that they hadn't ordered my blood thinners or some delay. I would talk to the head pharmacist and ask him please keep my blood thinner in stock and would assure me they would. It's actually disgusting how unprofessional they are. It's not a joke when someone's on blood thinners and could die if they get a clot. There were times I had to miss a day or two of blood thinners because of there incompetency and make several trips to pharmacy to waste gas and my time again. When I told them I was switching pharmacies because of there neglect and unprofessionalism with the same serious mistakes over and over again. They had a female staff member call me and say, you can come pick up the last prescriptions filled on your file before we transfer file to a different pharmacy as per my request. Not one care for there client or apologies, or even acknowledgement of how poorly they run there pharmacy. If you have medication you depend on to save your life, DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACY, they treat people like numbers and are self righteous about how bad there service truly is!

The pharmacist was really unfriendly and disrespectful. I will never go to this pharmacy again. After the bad experience here, I tried the new Co-op in Sage Hil, the pharmacist was really kind and prepared the pills right away.

My friend and her friends went to die/ bleach their hair and got scammed $40 dollars for a very poor quality hair bleacher/ hair dye. I would not recommend going to this store.

Me and my sister went for a few things and the security was following us down every isle and even followed us to the front when we went to check out. I'm not sure if it's a racial thing but it doesn't feel good. He told me and my sister "you only have 15 mins" rudely and we weren't going to take long at all. The cashier was really nice and helpful and that's the only reason this store is getting 2 stars. I honestly thought it was just me feeling like the security was disrespectful until my sister brought it up as soon as we left. Im pretty sure if it was older ladies he wouldn't have followed us but this is completely out of line. He had no possible reason to be doing that.

We had a very unpleasant experience when trying to my son’s flu shot today at Shoppers Creekside. He’s 5.5 years old. He is scared that it will hurt. Let alone getting some compassion and help from the pharmacist, we were kicked out quickly so they could get the next appointment. We couldn’t get the flu shot.

The worst!! I went today to return two expired snack packs of tuna from Cloverleaf. I bought them last week and when I opened one at lunch and ate the first cracker I could tell it was off. I looked at the expiry date and it had expired September 22, 2022. I took my receipt one of the full packs of tuna and the other box that just had the crackers in it as I had thrown the tuna out and the guy at the til Charan, told me I should have returned the tuna. My question to shoppers where should I have kept the tuna it was expired it was gross and yet you wanted me to hold onto it for six days until I could get back to shoppers to return it? How ridiculous!! Charan did not apologize however he did make it seem like it was my fault. The staff here management and overall most of the workers are horrific! My biggest mistake is that I have continue to go there! No more! I understand why your overall reviews are 2.3!
