Just stood at the register for ten minutes waiting to be rang through, watched the only staff slowly fold clothes and studiously not look at the register, even going into the back room to grab a new box and break down the one she had. We saw each other in the mirror and she still wasn’t interested in ringing me through.
Ended up leaving without making a purchase and will not be going back.

Staff are always nice, especially Princess. She help me all the time when i come and shop ar this store. Excellent customer service. They always make outfit for me and people compliment my outfits. Always love shopping here and the girls are amazing!!! I love coming back to this store.

The store has great clothes, but that’s is the only reason I come there the staff is low energy (I think the old manager is gone and she was beyond rude to not only myself burn other customers consistently) not bad but not great, needs some diversity in staff and lack of speaking different language on the salesfloor

Both female employees that were working at the time of my visit were just focusing on stocking the shelves or moving boxes of items etc. No "hello" or any greeting but they clearly saw me and made eye contact. One large area in the back of the store is super messy and just stashes of boxes that are blocking the shelves so it's difficult to browse those items. Most of the styles of clothes now are either very ripped, or very floral. The shoes lack variety and look really cheap.

This Sirens at sunridge mall has the worst manager ever. She is very rude and disrespectful very rude way of speaking to customers. Can't believe she started yelling at us and telling us leave, go, go, goooo right now just because we were checking out the shoes on sale.

Assistant manager is horrible! Monday october 25th, She looked at me twice, no hello, no can I help u.When I confronted her she was argumentative and rude and never apologized! There is no excuse for lack of common curtesy!!! Horrible young girl, and I would like to add I usually have great service☹️
