On November 3rd, 2024, I shopped at Sketchers Outlet store NE, Calgary.
I received amazing customer service from both Noor and Kevin!! They were both so helpful, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and kind!! I totally appreciated all their assistance, in helping me select a pair of sneakers and a pair of waterproof winter ankle boots, with good grips, also a couple of packages of comfy socks, for added comfort! Without their attentive assistance, I know I would not have made these purchases! I would definitely highly recommend shopping at this location!
I also want to comment that your large red “50% off 2nd pair” sign, caught my attention, from a distance, and drew me into the store! Great marketing strategy!

This outlet is amazing!!! I got perfect shoes in less than 10 minutes today!!! 50% off snoop dogs.....fit perfect. The associate that helped me ...Kali had the same shoes on!!! Great staff!!! Great store!!! Ty so much!!! Ty for your help Kali!!!

Kali at the warehouse outlet in Sunridge was awesome! Very patient and gave me many options. Only downside:I spent more than I was supposed to! Haha. But got more than I intended as well :) thank you for the great customer service and comfy cute shoes!

Don't Buy Skecher, Big Warranty Scam :(
I bought my work shoes for $55 on sale at a store, now the sole came off, store wont help. customer service offer $55 online coupon, now I have to pay $75 extra (130-55=75) for the same shoe online. they cannot give store coupon, refund or replacement.
Recently, upon investigating on the internet many customers are facing issue with poor built quality and tricky/ripoff warranty scheme.
Please read the Skechers Canada Warranty Policy, before you or your family decide to buy at their store and face similar experience.

We found this place had a great selection of shoes to choose from. It’s also less crowded which is a bonus so you can actually browse and try on things without feeling like you are being rushed.
