Went to several different mattress stores and couldn't believe the service difference between Sleep Country and them. Sal, was incredibly attentive, very knowledge and made the whole process a joy. If you're looking for mattress/pillow start here. Sleep Country is the best at what they do.

After calling Sleep Country customer service, I was advised that this $3400 DORMEO queen size mattress, purchased Nov 2016, is no longer under warranty, this due the original mattress which has to be replaced as the pillow top was no longer as it should be.So the warranty of 10 years (expiration Nov 2026) is no longer valid as they are not carried over from a previous mattress! This would have been nice to have been told this by the person that simply wanted a 'sale!'Which means Sleep Country cannot stand behind this expensive mattress. It also means a DORMEO mattress has a life of only 8 years.Customer service decided to hangup on me, I wasn't belligerent, rude or argumentative, so I'm not sure why they did this.Buyer beware!

I just visited and bought beds and pillows. I had an excellent experience with Rob. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, provided helpful recommendations, and ensured a positive visit. I highly recommend his service. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We ordered a Kingsdown queen mattress from Sleep Country at Calgary, Brentwood with 2 pillows and mattress cover to be delivered in few days. They gave us %58 discount as per regular price! It was very weird that in this market you gona get this amount of discount(from $2,600 to $1,100). The seller focused many times about 10 years warranty replacement that it must be a sag by 1.5” at least to get the replacement and also replacement period is just 100 days. We founded after that the other retailer like Leons are more flexible for exchange policy term and conditions.Next day we decided to buy the same brand from othercretailer with more expensive price ($1,400) just because of more price clarity and low pain exchange policy. I went to the Sleep Country at Brentwood and respectfully explain the situation and asked to have return the mattress but keep the pillows.After few min Seller who was the different person than the order time, gave me the refund receipt with disrespectful! He Did not even keep the pillows! He got mad due to our plan change to buy the mattress from other retailer! When I asked him why you return the pillows as I told you we wana keep them, he did not answer and just told “All done! have a good day Sir!”This was the LOWEST customer service ever seen in my life! If its the service before getting the order how it would be if some issue happen and we need customer care service from Slepp country!?!?!Dont recommend this location at all!

Recently purchased a new mattress. All the staff were very helpful. The first one didn’t work for me and was exchanged with absolutely no hassle. All the folks at the Brentwood location were great. Special thanks to Hakeem who patiently helped me make a new choice. The only place to buy good quality products and feel well taken care of.

Very good service by Hakeem. He listened to our needs and assisted us with a process in deciding on a mattress. He was knowledgable in answering our questions on differences in mattress construction and benefits. He was willing to be flexible in pricing and options. It was helpful to try different mattresses.

Shady sales tactics. Make sure when the agent quotes you on mattresses you get receipt of that, if you order a mattress then upgrade before delivery to another one that was previously quoted they will try and rip you off and change their quote since they know you’re already committed. Hakeems quote went from $1470 to $1700 than to $1600. Seems a bit unnecessary considering the markup on mattresses is 900% (A $3000 mattress costs roughly $300 to make). I cancelled my order and went to the market mall location which was a much better experience!

Bought a bed, mattress pad and pillows online for my daughter on April 21st. Delivery was April 25th and they told my daughter it wasn't paid for so she mistakingly paid a second time not realizing it was paid, and wanting her bed. Repeated phone calls and Sleep Country says they didn't get two payments so i sent proof. One customer service rep said they use third party e-com site and it sometimes happens that delivery occurs before payment shows as completed on their end. Three weeks later and they still have not refunded my $918 overpayment despite sending receipts for both payments!!! No idea how good the bed is, we just want our second payment back. Three weeks and counting.....

We were very pleased with service, the information about the products, etc. The bed we ordered is Bloom with adjustable frame to have the option of zero gravity sleep.The bed is great! I have back problems and since we’ve got this bed the pain is gone. I highly recommend it.Also, I would like to say thanks to Brian who was really helpful with everything from the order date to the delivery.Thank you!

I purchased a Sleep Country set with two single beds so my husband, equivalent to a King , could adjust our individual beds. My husband, at that time, was in a wheel chair and by raising his side and with a trapeze, I would assist him in getting into his wheelchair. I had purchased the beds shortly before he passed away to assist him to get out of bed. I had the five year warranty on the beds. I loved to raise my side of the bed but after six years, my side would no longer raise or lower. I contacted Sleep Country on many occasions and was told it was no longer under warranty. I said, "no problem" I would pay to have it repaired. I tried everything they told me to do and it should work but it didn't. I spoke to one salesperson at Market Mall who advised that maybe it was time to buy a new one. I have contacted everyone they have advised and have yet to receive a call back. I just want to get it fixed and have probably spent one year to get it repaired. I would not recommend Sleep Country to anyone. Sure, they love to sell but they do not give any assistance when the five year warranty is off.

A really good Sleep Country store! The employee that interacted with us was friendly, patient and knowledgeable! It was a great shopping experience! The store has a good layout, easy to shop and in a good location, I recommend this store!

The salesperson was very helpful and sensitive to our budget as well as our requirements. We purchased an adjustable power-operated bed with a firm coil mattress. The mattress is probably not ideal for this kind of bed, and makes a hard roll in the middle of one's back when the head is raised. One should be careful to test the proposed mattress with the raised bed frame prior to making the purchase. Although the mattress can be chabged, it of course requires additional effort for all parties involved.
