We purchased one of the best mattresses available to us, a Palais Royal from Sleep Country and my experience has been quite disappointing.
After only one year the mattress started to sag which at that time the warranty division deemed to be normal. Now one year later it has continued to sag significantly, making it uncomfortable and now unsafe to sleep on. When we contacted Sleep Country about the issues they once again deemed it normal and not a warrantable failure.
This response is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to offer quality and comfort. I would not recommend the Palais Royal mattress to anyone considering a new mattress purchase.

The worst experience ever. The salesman, Sharma, is a con artist. He told us that the mattress was only used for one day, was returned by the customer and was sanitized and packaged. And that it has a 10 year warranty on it. After my husband brought it home, it has a stain on it and saggy in the middle. We called him, he didn’t offer any help and suggest to submit a claim. The claim is now closed because they believe it doesn’t have a stain and it is not saggy. The worst customer service ever. Never recommend this location or their warranty customer service. My mom is complaining from back pain after sleeping on it. They said it is like that because of usage. Dishonest staff.

This is a review about the company in general not a specific store.Worst customer service I've ever had. My mother passed away a couple of years ago and I needed a refund from a bed frame that we had returned prior to her passing. The cheque that was issued came in her name so I had to return it and get one issued in my name. I reached out to them in September and emailed them my ID, my address and phone number. I received nothing. I reached out again in December and was told a new cheque had been issued in November. Nothing came. I just spoke to someone pn the phone about the refund. He had no idea what was going on, was very unclear on the phone and they did not have my updated phone number or correct address on file. I was told that they would look into it and get back to me and possibly have to reissue a new cheque.This is absolutely horrible service. I just want to finish clearing up my late mother's affairs so I can move on and this company is making it increasingly difficult.Like I said, worst customer service ever.
