Spent a lot of money on a blanket and a cover for it and the blanket losses the feathers inside constantly and doesn’t stay inside the cover properly, got ripped off big time and never will spend money at this store again

Sleep Country Warranty Dept saved us from almost making a $6000+ mistake! It is not what you think.....
They do not stand behind their product or warranty. We submitted a claim for warranty on our previous purchase ($2000+), and were gonna drop an additional $6000 for a high end bed and adjustable frame.... they claimed our bed had a stain (it is as white as the day we bought it, ALWAYS COVERED WITH WATERPROOF COVER) and not only did they deny our claim, but cancelled the remainder of our warranty! I requested they come to the house to inspect, as the lightening in our house was giving the mattress a yellow hue (even the customer service rep agreed that was what it was), but they just wanted us to submit more pictures.... pictures that will have the same hue due to our lighting, and I am not about to go out and buy new lighting!
After reading MANY other reviews, this is a common occurance with the "warranty" company. Even our sales person stated they could not get the kind of picture they warranty company demands, - with new beds in the showroom - due to shadows and lighting!
We decided to pull the deposit on the new bed as we have zero faith in SC now, and after reading others experiences with the 'warranty' department, I feel we made the right choice, 100%! We will take our business to Costco, get a even higher end bed, for less than we were gonna drop at SC, and have the comfort of knowing Costco STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I hope the salesman who helped us in store leaves this company and goes somewhere HIS GREAT SERVICE is appreciated, as he was the only POSITIVE thing about this experience. I just wish he worked for Costco. :)
Edit to add: As you can see by the copy and paste reply SC left here, same as on every other neg review, they really DO NOT CARE. If they did, they would at least make a feable attempt to personalize the reply beyond my name.?♀️

Came in today and we were greeted by Scott, he was both extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Took the time to listen to us and helped in choosing a mattress that was within our budget and that we were able to pick up from the warehouse the same day! It's nice to not feel pressured but also receive high quality service! Thanks Scott!!

BUYER BEWARE we purchased a pillow at another location but we are closer to this one so we called and ask if we could return the pillow because we had just bought it today for over 100$ and it was already falling apart and loose threads we were unhappy but very nice and understanding with the fact that we were told no returns unless defective etc on there website it says you have 30 days to do a return as long as it’s not used or open overall I will never buy from this company again because of the rude staff member we had talked with today December 16 at 4pm , we ended up calling another location and they were way better and said not a problem come in for a return. I caution anyone to be very buyer aware that certain stores don’t allow returns on items so make sure the product you get it good before you walk out. Not to mention the sales people here seem to only want to make a sale not caring about the wellness of someone’s sleep.

I travelled to Calgary to visit my grand kids and went to get the same kind of pillow that I am using back home in Toronto. It was early in the morning and I was the only customer there. I tried to strike up a conversation with the sales rep but received no response. He did not serve me with a good morning or a smile. The whole transaction lasted 10 minutes before I was out the door. It made me wonder if that was because I am a visible minority woman?

The sales people here don’t ever seem interested in helping out and sound irritated when you ask a question. The few times we have gone in, they have never been properly staffed, and when you walk in, they don’t greet you or even make eye contact (even if the store is empty with no other customers)

Very disappointed with the way I was treated. I came in looking for a pillow. The sales guy, who was short and little, was aggressive and pushy and I felt uncomfortable so I left without buying anything. I’ll stick with my usual Sleep Country location because the 130th location WASN’T a positive experience.

Reinhard recently sold us a mattress & box spring for our son's room, as well as new pillows for our bed. You can't get better customer service than from Reinhard, he is so helpful, friendly, and never pushy in any way. We have also purchased other mattresses from him in the past and there's no need to even look around at other stores, he always gives us the best deal and the best quality. The delivery was today and Amit and his helper were so polite, took away the old bed, set up the new bed and were so careful through it all. Wouldn't look for a bed anywhere else!

Went into sleep country to purchase new pillows, I was immediately greeted and welcomed by Reinhard.He was extremely helpful and shared insight on ALL the different pillows I was viewing, bless this man’s patience ?.I walked out with my new favourite pillowcases (bamboo nights - highly recommend) and pillows to add, thanks for the great experience!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jack at Sleep Country while in search of a new mattress, and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. From the moment I walked into the store, Jack greeted me warmly and attentively listened to my mattress requirements. His expertise and knowledge impressed me as he guided me through the different options, explaining the features and benefits of each one.The delivery of my new mattress was prompt and hassle-free, thanks to Jack's efficient coordination. The delivery team was courteous and handled the installation with care. I have now been sleeping on my new mattress for a few days, and I can confidently say that it has significantly improved my sleep quality.I would go back just to chat with him, he made me feel so comfortable! We have been to this store 2 times in the process of trying to buy a mattress. The first time the sales person was clearly not interested in helping us or he would not take us seriously so we barely got any answers to our questions and we just tested the mattresses we thought could work for us. That was not good. The second time the gentleman was much more willing to help and offered some good information (white man, heavy built, in his 60s). Nice guy, and even though he had other customers there at least he took the time to answer our questions. Ultimately we ended up going to Mattress Mattress and the brick right there on 130th and they were much more willing to help us, in fact they offered great customer service, and their product offers were similar and better. We ended up buying from the brick as the service was great and they had the best mattress for us.
