Paid full price for a mattress that was simply just never delivered. Got the runaround when I'd call to ask what was up. Ended up going to a sleep country to talk to a human and finally was given permission to drive to the warehouse to pick it up (I slept on an air mattress for a week after moving) Horrible experience overall and I definitely wouldn't buy from here again and suggest others don't either.

Love sleep country, not this location. I politely told the salesman I needed some time to look, and that I'd grab him when I was ready. Came back not once but twice to talk to me easily within 10minutes. I understand doing your job, but learn to listen to your customers. People feel pressured and uncomfortable when they have attempted to set a boundary. Your commission sales tactics don't sit well with everyone. I'll be taking my business to another location.

Mr. Ryan Harris at the 17th Ave SW location in Calgary was an extreme pleasure to deal with. His in depth knowledge and friendliness will have me reminding my friends that there are still some good, honest customer service representatives out there. Jimmy and Ryan were just above and beyond! End of the day, Saturday, probably very tired of their week, and yet, excellence at each steps of my claim, went first for a warranty issue, resolved in no time without an ounce of doubt about my story, they did go above my request when it came to the other issue I encountered.
I am a firm and loyal customer of sleep country, and I definitely know why.
I am sorry for the other customers whose experience didn't go well, but give it another shot, it so worth it.

I wish I had I’ve got the employees name because he was absolutely useless I asked if they carried a certain brand of pillow and he said he had no idea. Very disappointed

Me and my friend we went to the store, Ryan was very helpful and spent time with us to let us know more about the products. However, we saw there were yellow stains on the “brand new” mattress when we received it. The delivery person said it is brand new, however, the brand new mattress with a clear plastic cover and they don’t see the stain before they delivered to my place? The delivery person says I can have it exchanged later but it just makes people’s life hard as we would need to arrange another day off probably in order to get it exchanged.

This is my first time to shop with Sleep country, happy to pay for a pillow and received an used one after unboxing, pillor cover have some scratches and there is a hair on it. You guys are disgusting and I know you have 100 days promise guarantee returnable policy but your staff never check it before handing it over to customer. Will never come back.

I personally felt very uncomfortable in this store’s environment. Myself and several other mature women were harassed while in store, and were berated by an older male whilst we were browsing. He asked us how old we were and then continued to follow us around until we felt too uncomfortable and had to leave. Last time I checked this is Sleep COUNTRY, and Canada is a FREE country. Tisk tisk tisk. Very unimpressed.

Don’t buy anything from Sleep Country, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Company is unable to help with any sort of exchanges or returns, and does not value their customers. Take your business elsewhere. -5 stars for this horrible company.

Excellent service from first online chat contact to in-store sales staff Greg to the delivery personnel. Greg listened carefully to my needs and showed me a selection tailored to me. I left feeling that I had gotten exactly what I needed (Copper Cool Chiropractic mattress and adjustable base) at a reasonable price, plus I got 10% off and a certificate for 15% of the total price to be spent in-store.The delivery guys arrived promptly, brought the bed in, and set it up, checking to ensure I was satisfied with the positioning and demonstrated that it worked before leaving. I am very pleased with my comfy new bed that adjusts to suit me and a mattress with a cool top so I no longer overheat at night.

DO NOT BUY THIS BED FRAME. This is specific for the Bloom Box bed frame and recent customer service. I can't leave a review on their site for some reason. My bed frame fell apart in three places about 2 years after I purchased it. The corner pegs pop out constantly, a foot warped and fell off, and the middle stability beam ripped out. I called and they told me I had a 10 year warranty. Then I did the warranty process (which is super dated and hard to use) and didn't hear back for a week. I called again and they told me the frame only had a one year warranty. Do not buy this frame. It will not last nearly long enough to justify the ridiculous price.

Walked in with a budget, worked with the sales associate who was very pleasant, polite and found the most comfortable set at a price I won't have nightmares over, lol, comfortable atmosphere, and walked out with a delivery date within the same week. What's not to like.
