Edward was great! Really took the time to make sure I was fitted to a pillow that worked best for me. This was my first time spending some real money on a pillow, and I’m glad I did. Sleep has improved drastically.

Buying a mattress can be an overwhelming experience but luckily, I ended up in this Sleep Country store (Macleod Trail Calgary). Edward Davis was the sales representative who helped me throughout the process making it easier and less stressful thanks to his knowledge and kind demeanor. After selecting the mattress and bed I wanted both were delivered few days later.
The overall experience with Sleep Country was great.

would not let me open an offshore account, but no passport check is nice, the chairs in the waiting room are far too big but most are comfortable.

When I walk in the store right away Scott Lehman approached me to offer his help.He is very knowledgeable about the products in the store.Very professional, courteous and friendly!What I like the most was that I didn’t push to sale! I felt very comfortable!When I was in the store I was just checking prices and quality, and I intended to compare with other stores. But I didn’t need to go anyplace else. A couple weeks ago, I went into sleep country looking for a new mattress. A salesman helped me pick one out, I put a deposit down and it was a great experience.This last week I finally purchased the mattress and a mattress protector to go along with it. The sales associate helped me pick out the mattress protector.Now that I have everything set up, the mattress protector is way too tight, and pulling at the corners of my mattress causing it to curl quite a bit. I checked to see if I could return this since it doesn’t fit, and was told I couldn’t.I was sold a product to go with my mattress, that doesn’t fit my mattress and now they won’t take it back? Now I have to purchase a new mattress protector and I won’t be buying it from here. Returning a $75 mattress protector on a $1500 purchase should not be an issue. I had such a great experience with Sleep Country until now.

Bought a Purple mattress here 8 months ago. Within 8 months the mattress fabric has pilled and pulled which has led to runs and holes. Talking to warranty they said that the pilling is very common and would be covered but since it has led to holes they wont do anything. Sleep country tells me the decision lies with Purple, Purple tells me its Sleep country.
