Just dealt with "Michael" unlocked the door late and then did not offer to open the door for me to enter, just mouthed 'its open " through the glass and start to walk away with his coffee in hand. Zero customer service.

I ordered a mattress, box spring and headboard over the phone, all made possible by Shannon, a most efficient, informative, knowledgeable, helpful and professional Sleep Country representative. She listened and offered options, made recommendations and made the decision making process an easy one. A week later, the items (which are comfortable and exactly as described) were delivered and assembled by two Sleep Country representatives of the same calibre. They were efficient, ensured the area was left as it was found, were professional and easily manoeuvred two steep flights of stairs. If you want a seamless ordering experience, without ever visiting a physical location, try this Sleep Country store!

Unhelpful staff.Seemed OK until our salesman found out we would be dealing with a 100 day warranty return instead of purchasing a mattress through store. AKA no commission.Then he just wanted us out of there.I have back problems and when asking about the different pillow tops, the salesman says “It doesn’t matter how soft or firm your bed, it makes no difference on your back.”Also we were looking at one brand and when asked about others in-store he goes “They are all the same, just different brands.”Thanks for nothing :)

I wanted to pass on my thanks on such a professional service within store (Richard at 4832 Richmond Rd Calgary) and the green glove delivery (Daniel being the warehouse coordinator and the best crew (Jarod and Oman) in delivery and installation of my purchase which was a lifestyle adjustable base including removal of the old one from 10 years ago purchase, and let me tell you they are both heavy and since I live in a townhouse both Jarod and Oman with ease and precision did the job above 5 star rating.Daniel was eager to make sure customer service and expectations were met and found a solution very late in the day and came through, again above a 5 star rating, it was not about arguing or forcing the original team who couldn’t do the job but customer satisfaction and I was overwhelmed by both the delivery but also the communication.Richard the person at the Sleepcountry store who sold us the lifestyle adjustable base was not only funny but extremely easy to deal with, took the time to understand our needs and focused on that.It’s not often I write on a service but Richard, Daniel, Jarod and Oman deserve my gratitude and appreciation that they exceeded a 5 star rating on customer satisfaction and service.Sleepcountry should be very proud to have such employees as their training and passion clearly shows.Thank you

My wife and I went into sleep country looking for a mattress, and Scott made our buying experience extremely easy. Informative and easy going, and not to mention he went to extra mile to find us a deal on an upgraded mattress from a previous sale!Would highly recommend this location, and Scott really made it a pleasant buying experience.

Update. Sales associate called and said the manager was joking around about the rude comment that was made. Not funny, and I find it really unprofessional. Wasted my time by telling me they will see what they can do. I could hear the sales associate saying to someone that maybe if they just give us some pillows that will keep me quiet. Another sales associate said he can't do that. Ultimately saying that they can't do anything. Asked me to remove the review. Sorry, you didn't do anything to help me or the situation.DO NOT buy your mattresses from Sleep Country. We needed to determine the size when we purchased our mattress and box springs. The sales associate said we could return if needed and try it out. Well, we don't need the box springs. I called and spoke to a salesman(have a name if required) the day we received it, March 2nd; he said that it's best to wait and see if we like the mattress before returning it because it's a fee of $80. I thanked him for this information. I called today and spoke with the " manager" ( also have the name), and he said that the information provided to us was incorrect and we can only exchange it and not get a refund. He would not even listen to me. I told him that was not what I was told A. when we bought it and B. when I called a last week, the" Manager" laughed at me and said they do not return box springs. They have been doing this for 20 years and will not change things now, especially for me; he laughed and told me they are not a mattress and box spring rental company; umm, obviously, I am aware of this, hence why we spent $3,680.00. I was appalled; I did not know what to say to him, I am pretty upset with the treatment I had received; spending $3,680.00 is no laughing matter, and it is a lot of money. I would NOT recommend Sleep Country; the customer service could be better, and it is apparent that they only care about the money. This was not the impression we purchased the mattress; I was a fool to think otherwise.

Amazing store manager, Mr. Richard. He'll guide you as per your preference. And will not try to influence your buying decision. He'll give you the best advice and the best deal. The store is huge. Variety of options. It's not too crowded on a weekday afternoon.

Sales people were very helpful, delivery people seemed to really struggle with the building loading dock elevator for some reason and were cranky because of it, I tipped them in spite of their cranky attitude.

We walked in on the right day and managed to get a completely unused floor model for a really great price. The sale was quick and easy and we were able to pay on delivery. The delivery guys were fantastic and super respectful of our space. Overall a really fantastic experience for a our first mattress purchase.

I'm impressed with Michael and James who helped me out. They were easy going, matter-of-fact, had my best interest in mind, and not pressuring to purchase. I'm impressed with the sale pricing, the free delivery, and SC's 100 day return policy. I'm sleeping well.... but that's a different review. :0)
