the store was easy to find and the staff was so friendly and helpful. very good service and the prices for their hats are absolutely fair. they help you to find the right hat size and then they bring it in front of you in the perfect shape (in my case a cattleman cowboy hat)

Great service, very nice and helpful talk with the people there and impecable prices for good quality hats made in Canada! Will sure be proudly wearing it in Berlin autumn. Also a large selection of different price ranges from $225 to over a thousend $ for the full beaver (prices in August of 2024). Can definetely recommend!

I went to Smithbily yesterday to get a hat as I have been wanting to do that for some time. Great selection of hats at different price points and qualities! They fitted ne with a perfect fitting hat with the crown and brim customized to what I wanted. Shout out to Mac for her great work!

Such an awesome shop, not only hats but boots and clothing. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and any more helpful if they tried. We had a great time choosing our hats that we had fitted and styled specifically for us. It was one of our “must do’s” while on our holiday. It was a great experience and a must to do if you are looking for a new cowboy hat

My friends and I (group of 10) flew out for the Stampede for my bachelor party this year and began the hunt for some hats for the show. Everyone we asked said Smithbilt was THE place for cowboy hats and those recommendations were spot on. We were greeted at the door by a woman named Holly who was a delight to speak to. After getting situated, she introduced us to the owner Cam, who gave us the rundown on all things hats. Quickly after that we were sized up, hats chosen and off to the shaping station where we met a team of master hatters. Long story short, if you need a hat, this is the place. Excellent team of people, cool building, and everyone is very helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable. Look no further for all your western needs no matter your budget.
