Buying a couch from this company has been an absolute nightmare. My wife and I were looking for a sectional for our new house in Medicine Hat. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Anna and we asked if they delivered to Medicine Hat. She went to check and did confirm that they did, just with an additional fee which we agreed to. We got her email address and proceeded back to Medicine Hat so that we may get the measurements needed after choosing the sectional we liked, we paid the non refundable deposit on credit card and asked again that delivery is possible which we were told yes again. And this is when things took a huge turn for the worse. We were contacted by Evan through email that apparently they cannot deliver to Medicine Hat, even though we were told several times that they could. He gave us the option of using a third party website to get someone to deliver to us. With no other options offered, we agreed. Evan then did not contact us for over a month until we were told that option is no longer available, we have to figure it ourselves and that the couch would soon be available for pickup. We tried using the website they recommended, but all it ended up is a scammer harassing me endlessly. Finally we contacted the warehouse and they told us that most people just use ACE delivery all the time to deliver to Medicine Hat. Before we could set that up, we went to pay the last half of our invoice, and we were told they wouldn't accept the rest on a card unless it was in person, so we had to e-transfer the remaining $1800 from a chequing account. The delivery was set up and when we had the couch delivered, one of the legs was broken. Understandably we were quite upset and contacted the company to resolve this. Evan responds by saying they will order in a new leg for us and offered to cover half of the delivery fee which we agreed to get going. Again, we did not hear from from anyone for over a month. We got a call saying the leg was on its way after a month. 2 weeks later we had 0 communication on the status of it, and no refund. Finally we heard from Jorge, from customer service, that the leg is on the way with no mention of the refund. We are now 6 weeks after receiving the couch and still have no replacement leg.
This entire experience has been terrible and frankly I cannot recommend this store to anyone and advise them to stay away. There is very poor communication, no accountability and poor standards. While the couch is comfortable, it is not worth it for the ordeal we went through to get it.

Great selection and lots of options to customize. The staff are super helpful without being pushy which is such a bonus. Can’t wait for our order to be ready!!
Edit: we’ve had our couch for a few weeks now and we absolutely love it - SO comfy. The delivery team was fantastic as well.

Anastasiia Barabash helped me with selecting my couch. She was highly knowledgeable of all of the stock and logistics behind scenes, as well as very accommodating and patient. She even remembers some of the exact dimensions of the couches, which is impressive when you see how many there are. I am currently waiting for the delivery of my new couch. Up until now, this has been a 5 star experience.

The sales experience is excellent however, the warranty experience after paying extra is considerably poor with empty promises to repair or replace. After many months of waiting all we get are repetitive empty promises.

We had a great experience with sales person Dan at Sofa Land. He was very helpful. He recognized when we needed space to make decisions and when we needed him by our side to answer questions and hold our clip board! Thanks to Dan and the friendly staff at Sofa Land, we were able to find a sectional that fits our space perfectly!
EDITED to add that the delivery people DAVE and LUKE were amazing! They introduced themselves promptly and offered to remove their shoes at the door upon arrival. They got our new sofa in our home without any damage done to the home or the furniture. They were friendly and very accommodating. They did a great job of verifying where the furniture should be placed and when they were finished they asked if I liked the placement. Very professional. Great job!

We recently bought a sofa at Sofa Land with the help of Ruchi. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. A place that stands by the quality of their products and service. Slight miscommunication occurred with delivery, but Sofa Land management was quick to respond to my concerns to resolve the issue. You're definitely buying from a store that values you as a customer.
