This location has friendly sales associates. We had Harmeet help us with our purchase. He knew his products well which helped us decide what to buy. Even though we came a few times, we didn't feel rushed or coerced into buying anything. Harmeet also provided his feedback on what colours would match our place based on our colour scheme.

We had very good experience. Anna was very helpful & knowledgeable about all products. Anna just let me sit in sofas until I found the perfect fit. All other staff were we're friendly. We would definitely recommend shopping here to everyone.

Highly recommend Sofaland at the SE location. Jake was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest when helping us pick our sofa/chaise piece for our basement. Jake went above and beyond to ensure that our sofa/chaise would fit in our basement prior to the delivery date. If you go in to the SE location of Sofaland, ask for Jake, you will NOT be disappointed.

The person who helped us, Anna, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was also very patient as this was a big decision for us and we went back multiple times before making a purchase. The options at Sofaland are endless, warranty is strong and the pricing seems fair compared to other places. Thank you Anna.

I seldom give 5 stars. That being said, Evan and Cameron are STELLAR!! We are return customers, having bought our last sectional at Sofaland.Our last sectional was awesome, and in excellent shape as it is retired to dads house. Our new sofas are even more awesome, they have air massage , heating, wireless charging and lighting. I absolutely love them. Sofa Land has excellent, helpful sales people and the best pricing in the city. 10/10 will be back.

A true test of a company is when something goes wrong, not when all goes right. I purchased this sectional in 2017. It is a Palliser brand. The faux leather is falling apart on a couch that is barely used. ( See pictures below). Sofalands service manager's response was to provide slip covers (but you wouldn't like that - his words not mine) or offer me a discount on my next purchase with Sofaland. The material is defective, I expect the retailer to research, the brands they sell and put their name behind.I was looking for a fair response not one where the customer bears 100% the burden of harm.Note I did email the sales manager and we agreed to a time to chat. The sales manager emailed 10 minutes after the agreed time to say he was too busy with new customers.Lesson learned, no Sofaland or Palliser for me.

We visited 6 furniture stores before finding what we wanted at Sofa Land. The selection was good, the staff were knowledgeable and the pricing for a quality product was fair.Yes we would recommend Sofa Land and yes we will return.

I recently purchased a couch and nest chair from Sofa Land and the experience was excellent. After reaching out online to ensure the items I wanted were in stock, I received a quick call back from Anna, who easily confirmed they were, went over process, easily reserved for me, and booked the delivery quickly in the time that worked best on my end. The delivery team was excellent, respectful and clean in home. The service of them unwrapping and taking away packaging is extremely helpful, and the setting up of the items. Overall excellent experience and would recommend to others as well as buy from them again.
