We went there for a pair of Dr. Marteen bots, the person attending was a very patient and polite, because my kids can't decide with want, finally they gat one pair after 15 long minutes, but the lady always be there. Definitely I come in back.

Great customer service from your patient, helpful and knowledgeable staff member made our shoe shopping a very good experience. My mom is 86 and blind, her feet are sensitive and we finally found slippers that go on and off easily. She also finds her feet get cold easily, and she felt the slippers we bought made her feet feel cosy. Thank you SoftMoc!

Every time I go to this store, I am disappointed. I usually drive to a different location. Today was a day that I should have done just that. I walked in, and it is not busy. I young girl is hugging the till playing on her phone, no hello nothing. I knew what I wanted as I had researched online. I wandered around and could not find the brand of shoe. No help was offered . I finally walked to the till and showed her a picture of what I wanted. A different girl pointed me to where the brand was. Of course they did not have any sizes out. I couldn't find anything as all the stock is mixed up and not with the shoes they are selling. I was looking for seibel and it was all keds under the display. I gave up and left. No help .... No one in the store... and the staff playing on their phones, not offering to help. A sale was lost and no one working there could care less. Seriously stop hiring kids that would rather be texting than working it is hurting your bottom line. I went to another store found what I wanted and bought 3 pairs of shoes.

I went in today looking for work shoes. When I walked in I didn’t get a hello how are you? Can I help you find a size? I was looking at shoes and picking them up and the 2 ladies standing behind the counter were looking at me but didn’t ask if I needed help. I had to go ask about 5 minutes later. There was no one else in the store. They didn’t have my size in any of the shoes and there were empty cardboard boxes in almost every aisle. The girl who helped me eventually didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. This is the second soft moc I have had bad experiences with so not sure I will return. Very disappointed in my visits to this store.

I ordered a shoe online and went to collect it. It seems the store ran out of stock as I was on my way. Christelle was a amazing, she found a store that had stock and had them hold it. Thank you for problem solving.

I went into this store today and I’ve been in there before, but today was not good. I’ll explain. I was looking for winter boots (before the rush of winter strikes and there is nothing left in my size.) Note, it is still September so I felt chances were good.However, I quickly came to see that they could not only not find any sizes but they couldn’t find me any products really. And the worst part was, neither could I.The girl who served me was lovely! I asked her why the shoes on display( throughout the entire store) had boxes underneath them which NONE of the shoes in the store matched. Meaning, a Sketchers shoe on display had a mile high pile of boxes that were a completely different brand underneath. The girl explained she was newly hired and this has caused her great confusion while in training. I have worked in retail all my life and also worked at a high end shoe store and I can honestly say I have never seen a store more poorly laid out. It was IMPOSSIBLE for me to do anything in my own in the store, and the associate trying to help me was not lost because she was new. She was lost because nothing was in the right spot anywhere. I never got boots as I had hoped. The boot sizes were also not correct and I tired 3 different brands and pairs! I am a true 8.5. The size 9 boots (which were all they had for me to try) were fitting as small as 7.5-8Whoever the district manager is for this location, please be advised this specific store needs your expertise and your guidance and a visual merchandiser needs to be properly trained on site.I felt bad for the staff but worse for us customers.Will not shop at this location again unless changes are made, which is disappointing as it’s closest to my home.

Ordered shoes online and when I received then they were defective. I wore them to see if I could handle the defect but couldn't. I tried to return them at the store but was unable as they didn't have the right code in their system to process a return. I shipped them back to soft moc however the return was declined as there were signs of wear.

Uneven customer serviceI agree with Terry Cooke.I suspect 2 of 3 service staff up-down'd me when I was there and decided I did not deserve the Lexus service from them. Before I walked out, a woman appeared and she was great. I bought two sets of slipper footwear and as I type, I am wearing one pair of slippers now. You DO require assistance at this location , as the footwear display and stock on floor make little organizational sense.In Calgary specifically, I often face up-down judgement or suffer through "I'm bored" employees in the past when buying anything from clothing to cars and have little tolerance for it. Thankfully she came through at the end with a "My dad loves them and so will you" comment. Good for her!
