We had a great pleasure dealing with Rupinder and Amandeep. The service we were provided was 10/10. We came here to get appraisal done and a repair to one of the jewellery sets. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

I am from Vancouver but always go to sonali jewellers for my gold jewelry needs. I am their customer from last couple years. Rupinder is so expert and nice. I love her customer service. 5 stars to these guys?.

Unfortunately I have to give a negative review. It happened to visit this store as my wife had to get her chain repaired. Trust me, it was very small repair work and they would have even not charged for that work in India. Here, they first said $60. I was shocked and requested to tell revised rate which came down to $50 in a second. I agree it's not the amount of work but the talent/experience matters in jewelry repair. But $50 was way too much and I agreed as it was long pending work in my list. It would have been fair if they had charged $15-$20 for that work. Another point to note is they returned the chain with incomplete work. My wife had to examine again and work was completed after her inspection.

Sonali Jewlers is amazing! Last week we needed something to service so we went into another jewler shop and were in a hurry as they did not provide a great service. We then went to Sonali and we got such great attention and customer service with warm welcoming. We required cleaning and few boxes for free. I’ve lived my entire life in Calgary and no one has ever given us the priority service on spot except Sonali J. They are exceptionally reliable and have great customer care and support! For any service needed or shopping for jewelry, I highly recommend Sonali J. They go out of their way to make you feel great and provide you the care you need. No one can beat their warm welcoming and their customer service!! Not to forget, their professionalism is on spot. Sonali Jewlers is the best!!
